Peaceful, cozy, beautiful beach getaway.
Pros:

This stay was excellent. I loved the pool and you could walk right down to the beach. Lobby was beautiful, everyone was welcoming and helpful, room was clean and cozy, AC got nice and cold. We also visited the resort Hilton nearby, and I preferred this smaller location. Pool was quieter and so peaceful. :) What a great weekend getaway.

Cons:

Breakfast was to-order and not a buffet, which some may prefer, so it’s not really a negative, but man I love a breakfast buffet.

Hilton Time share trip
Pros:

We went here as part of a time share presentation package for Hilton. Overall the stay was fine…the room and hotel were reasonably clean and met our expectations. Breakfast staff was friendly and a good price to get good breakfast w/ eggs made to order.
My only few complaints…at check in I inquired about the time share presentation and before it was out of my mouth she blurts out we don’t have anything to do with that. The next morning I asked someone at the front desk again who was training, they walked over to the GM about 10 feet away and came back with the same response. So no shocker the staff was trained that way. It says Hilton on the sign yes? You took the reservation and revenue yes? I’m easy going as pie, if she would of even tried to be helpful like here’s the address where it’s located, or here is the number you can call…I would of been fine with that. Maybe go independent and not be a part of Hilton.
Few other little things…few really really easy wins management could do is get a paint brush for some spots around the pool. The pool bar working would be cool to use as it was intended would be a nice amenity and create more revenue to help with mentioned repairs. Last thing is came back after dinner to a housekeeper wearing a shower cap and mean mugging me. I know Daytona area can be rough but come on now.
All in all it was okay. Thank you for your time.

Room with a view and fabulous front desk staff!
Pros:

As a family we really enjoyed our stay here. We had an ocean view and my goodness it was so worth paying some extra for it! Absolutely beautiful and was amazing waking up to the sound and sights of the ocean. The hotel is not within walking distance to the main drag - we got an Uber a few times but Publix is directly opposite and was very handy. Parking is 10 dollars a night and breakfast wasn’t included. Pool was nice and you could walk straight onto the beach. Staff were lovely, especially 2 lovely ladies at front desk. The first girl had an amazing personality and was so friendly. She referred to us as her favourite family!! The second girl allowed us to use her phone to sort our sun pass for the tolls when we were checking out. Honestly, staff went that extra mile and we appreciated it so much. We would definitely return - amazing staff and fabulous views from our ocean view balcony!
