Perfect place to stay at the airport.
Pros:

Located within the airport but very peaceful and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Room did not have a coffee maker and the instant coffee wasn’t very good.

Empathetic, wonderful and friendly staff!
Pros:

We chose Hilton Schiphol Amsterdam Airport to spend a day as a family with our unwell relative who was on a 24 hour layover at the airport.

The Hilton airport staff were 100% helpful attentive and supportive in what was a very emotionally and physically challenging time for our family. In particular, Alexander at the desk ensured that our two rooms were next to each other.

However I have nothing but the highest praise for Pajame the reception supervisor. She arranged emergency medical assistance, as well as complimentary laundering of clothing, extra towels and soup for the patient among other things. She attended us with empathy and compassion. I would definitely recommend Pajame for a customer service award with no qualms.

Hilton Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport certainly met and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you xxx
