Pros:

Beautiful hotel,have stayed a few times,standards are always excellent.
Beds comfortable and spotless,room and bathroom spotless.Housekeeping are very good if you need anything during your stay.
This place is like home from home all of the staff,reception,housekeeping,catering are fantastic.See you all again soon.

Very good service at the front desk despite an issue with my booking. They solved the problem very professionally

Cons:

That this problem occurred. I don’t know if in the end the problem was with booking.com or Hilton systems, but that created a wait of about one hour.
