Pros:

Frokost var helt topp! Veldig bra hotell på alle måter, passer utmerket for de som skal videre med tog/ fly dagen etter, eller bare nyte Amsterdam i noen dager. Beliggenhet er meget bra- trenger ikke å gå ut av flyplassen for å komme til hotellet.

Disappointed
Pros:

The proximity to the airport.

Cons:

There were problems taking payment. Tried to phone and still had issues. I was told we could sort on arrival. On checking out I was told the payment hadn't gone through again the night before which one would assume this would have been raised at check in. I was asked to pay with a different card which made the 4th card that was tried during the entire process.

I can see the hold on the first card was removed and payment taken from the final card used.

Two days later, I received an email saying payment had not gone through and requesting payment. I can only assume this is a mistake and possibly a system generated email from the first cancelled credit card hold, but it's not entirely clear and just overall unnecessary stress that we have never encountered with any other booking company or hotel.

The bed was so uncomfortable. Other than the proximity to the airport, there's no reason to stay here, however, we were unable to sleep due to this and would've been just as well off just sleeping in the airport lounge and saving £300.

I would not stay again solely due to the hassle of booking and overpriced discomfort.

Excellent hotel option if you need to stay close to the airport
Pros:

I loved the hotel because it was connected to the airport. So it made departure day extremely easy. Staff were excellent, food and menu at the restaurant was delicious and lobby bar had an awesome cocktail selection. The lobby was also very comfortable for working while I waited for checkin. I will stay again.
