No troubles awesome
Shuttle service close to airport
Location was close to Rogers Stadium. There were plenty of restaurants close by in this area. Surprisingly no airport traffic noise.
Paying for parking.
Staff were lovely, food in restaurant was of high quality. they also had a snack bar so you could get food at any time of the day, big plus when you are jetlagged.
the shuttle bus was a little hard to find and not as frequent as I hoped.
booking.com failed to book my room but I was lucky they had space when I arrived. Huge fail from booking.com so I would book direct in future.

The cleaning and the general atmosphere
There was no microwave in the room I stayed in
The pool was an added bonus for a morning swim before our connecting flight
The room decor was tiered and needed updating it was looking a little shabby.

The staff go beyond, particularly helping with boarding pass. Always on hand with a smile. Beds are great. Bathroom is good. Pizza in restaurant was lovely. Shuttle bus to Terminals is quick and reliable.

The airport shuttle was great! I recommend planning your trip back to the airport a few minutes ahead. This hotel is the first stop and then we head to the second hotel with the shuttle and then the airport! ☺️.
WiFi was poor (slow, and connection wasn't good). Hadn't realised I was paying for it!
