Pros:

The need was comfortable and breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

I was very disappointed at how dirty the jacuzzi was. That was the whole reason I booked the room, it was disgusting.

Enjoyed the hotel, it was first class and in a great area of Charlotte.
Pros:

Breakfast was not up to what was expected. For Hotel, you would expect a better breakfast.

Cons:

Not a good selection. Over cooked sausage, bland oatmeal.

My stay was soothing, pleasant and a blessing!
Pros:

It was lovely . My room overlooked the pool and a big magnolia tree. The veranda was nice too. Nice soft blues

Lovely stay here in Southpark, Charlotte
Pros:

Loved the bedroom suite and amazing jet bath. Was really relaxing and the desk space for my husband to work on eabs the office chair was comfortable. Loved the mini fridge and fireplace in the lounge area. The Receptionist lady was lovely and made things right with my husband after a few hiccups along the way. Overall everything was clean and tidy including the bedroom suite and hotel. Fantastic location and the big fountain outside is beautiful.

Cons:

You had to pay for parking and we appreciate the breakfast included in our stay. However it needed a little more improvement like extra fruits and bread.
