Staff was great, but would likely choose somewhere else to stay next time
Pros:

Staff was great, very responsive & helpful. The breakfast area was clean & well tended.

Cons:

Overall upkeep/cleanliness wasn't great. Linens smelled unwashed,pillows smelled like dirty hair. Hallways were humid & smelled like cigarettes.

Loved our hotel . Located close to RedRocks for our concert

It was around shopping that was needed for extras for things needed for our adventure in Colorado

Great facility and staff !
Pros:

It wasn’t their fault? But the power was out due to high winds for a couple of days prior to the hotel stay - they did their level best to accommodate us anyway and were perfect otherwise …

There was a power outage in Golden. I live near the mountains. I had to get a hotel room as i had no power or heat. I was referred Booking.com on a recommendation. YOU all booked me for two nights. The hotel was closed and had no power either. There was no phone number for them or you guys to figure it out. The fact that you guys sold me the room is bullshit. IF the hotel had been sold out you would have known. Why not this? its not their fault the power went out. You guys don't even have a number to call anyone to make it right. I had to go back to my house with no power or backup batteries on my devices and stay there in the damn cold. I will never use you again and i will never recommend you to anyone. Terrible service you are!
