I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if my life depended on it
Pros:

The breakfast

Cons:

My door won’t lock terribly lighting the room. I could open all the doors on 4th without a key just lift the door handle up.

Room was comfortable after being switched to a working AC room
Pros:

I made the reservation about a month ago. I chose to pay at the property. Upon check-in the staff said they were overbooked and because I didn't pay online I didn't have a room as they were sold out. Then she said they can move me to a different hotel but I refused. The other woman gave me an attitude and said they don't have a room but they will fit me in somewhere and began calling other hotels for walk in availability. They put me in a handicap room. I went to a concert and came back and the AC wouldn't work. The lady working at 12am was very nice and said we can switch rooms. I was confused because earlier I was told they were sold out. The kind woman switched me rooms and we were able to rest. The two women working around 4pm on 7/1/26 were very rude.

Breakfast is good--although not so good as those before pandemic, it is better than other hotels I stayed in this journey...Staff is professional to facilitate check-in and check-out. Room is spacious and tidy.

Cons:

Parking fee is $8?! Hey! It is an open-air parking lot without security. How come does it worth $8?! There is one coffee bag opened by someone when I entered the room. Not sure whether the cleaning staff or the previous guest did it.

Not worth the price, poorly maintained and cheaply built. Good breakfast, good location, nice staff.
Pros:

The location was convenient. The breakfast was very limited, but good. Staff were responsive.

Cons:

Paper-thin walls, no sound proofing, noisy A/C, strong chemical smell in the room. The tap was broken and the shower switch was broken too, the room felt poorly maintained overall.

Overall upkeep/cleanliness wasn't great. Linens smelled unwashed,pillows smelled like dirty hair. Hallways were humid & smelled like cigarettes.
