Good experience, would stay here again.
Pros:

Good location, clean, large pool

Cons:

Even though property is non smoking there was obvious smoking in several areas. Very strong odors of marijuana in hallways

Our stay in the hotel was very nice, very clean and comfortable comfortable . Other staff was very friendly.

The woman at the registration desk upon arrival (about 4:30)and our departure the next morning was so preoccupied entering info on her computer. On our departure (about 9:00)we mentioned that one of the guest (elderly) had fallen down in the parking lot, we had assisted back in the hotel. My husband was loading the car in the drive through, and actually saw the man go down another time and get up. He fell the 2nd time my husband and other guest in the parking lot ran to assist him. He was bleeding from his head and arms from the fall. I help assist him back in the hotel when a lady and a man who were with him, eating breakfast, came to assist breakfast, when they saw us in the hallway. She seemed very unconcerned and just said she would “keep an eye out”. I hope the gentleman was okay, they took him back to the room. He had told me his wife was on the 3rd floor. I felt the she (employee) that might want to check on the condition of guest in the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast. The lady working it was VERY rude. To everyone eating that morning. She should be thankful for Customers. We pay her salary. Food ran out, coffee was out and we had to ask for it. Also, she was on the phone talking to someone the whole time. I saw the ear bud in her ear. Middle aged/ older black woman. She made our stay horrible with her rudeness.

Pros:

Parking is easy not having to find a garage is nice especially in Dallas! Staff are very friendly! Rooms are confortable and modern! Loved the bathroom setup! Made getting ready for an important meeting for work nice.

It was a great stay!!!
Pros:
