Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Daily breakfast was offered. Manager was helpful.

Cons:

Strong smell of marijuana in my room. Was offered new room after calling front desk, but was told I had to move all my things at 10:30 pm. Staff was very rude and unaccommodating at that time. Offered no apologies etc. No manager to speak with at night. Large homeless population around hotel. Not the safest area.

It was a good hotel and I would book here again.
Pros:

Everything was clean and staff was friendly!! Genuinely couldn't ask for more.

Cons:

Microwave didn't have mechanism that let it spin so it didn't heat food properly. Shower only heated up when turned to halfway and got colder at the top.

I had a good stay
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. The staff, especially the staff at Breakfast time were so friendly and really helpful.
The lady that checked us in was also wonderful. Unfortunately, I don’t have their names.
Breakfast was good, room was good.

Cons:

My only complaint was the WiFi which sometimes disconnects, which was quite often.

Please forgive me, I asked for these three ladies names and misplaced the paper. The three ladies that worked in the breakfast area that morning were so kind and helpful and nice.

Comfort & Convenience in a Beautiful, Landmark Building
Pros:

Excellent customer service, a convenient location, and a beautiful landmark building. A handwritten note card from the housekeeping staff, which included the name of the person who cleaned the room, was a thoughtful and personal touch.

Cons:

The room was clean and comfortable, but the beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

Pros:

The staff was amazing.....all of them were so welcoming

Cons:

I didnt like having to pay $35 a day for parking.
I came see forbthe public but not for the guest

Pros:

I liked that it was within walking distance to many attractions and the State Farm Arena.

Cons:

My television stopped working on the 2nd night. There wasn't a microwave in the room. The hotel parking lot had limited parking spaces for guests. The cost for parking was only made known at the time of check in.
