Some employees folks @ the front desk need not to work directly with guests.(not management) A few were deplorable. A situation involving delayed payment happened. My sponsor was in the process of approving my payment unprovoked, a female employee had the cops come to remove me despite my asking for the manager. It was totally unprovoked and unprofessional.

One of the room I stayed it was not very clean I found a beer can and other trash on the floor.

Easily accessible from the interstate to get some rest after a long day of driving.
When I booked on booking.com the room said a double which i naturally assumed was two queen beds. Turns out it was one king bed and it was 2 adults and 2 children. They were sold out and couldn’t swap our rooms. That was the only inconvenience that we encountered.
