As with most hotels under renovation there were many shortcomings. I am sure after it’s finished it will be better.
Pros:

Hard to say. It was under construction but MB Ev charger was in lot so that was super convenient.

Cons:

Location to my destination.

Cons:

Pool is under renovation, no laundry had to go to hotel next door, air conditioner was leaking and my son fell and hit his head twice! Let the front desk not only know but see my sons bruise on his head from falling and they told me they couldn’t do anything…

when I booked the room, I had confirmed reservations for a king bed with a sofa pull out bed. When I checked in to the room, there was no sofa. I let the front desk know that there was no sofa, and I showed the receptionist that I had confirmed booking for a room with a sofa pull out bed. The receptionist said that the web site was out of date, and that their hotel no longer had sofas. I explained that I had 4 people staying and there was only 1 bed. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked if the hotel had at least a roll out bed but, she said the hotel didn't have any. I asked if the hotel had any rooms with 2 queen beds, and she said that none were available. 2 people had to sleep on the floor. The receptionist could have at least offered a partial refund. The site misrepresented the hotel's amenities.
