I was there for a medical emergency for my dog. So not great circumstance to begin. But Alex gave some of the best customer service experience I have had in a while. Not in a way that good customer service is hard to come by but he was extremely genuine and caring type. If you could write a script of what you’d want someone to tell you, he already had it said. The accommodations were adequate and did their job as well. Nothing bad to say there. But a quality interaction like that made this trip significantly better in my eyes.
The facility itself was fine, but we checked in at midnight after traveling 12 hours and was given keys to two different rooms with occupants already in them. Austin was very kind, but it was almost like this was his 1st night on the job. My complaint isn't on his behavior at all, but the fact that we woke up 2 different customers by being sent to the wrong rooms at midnight was very embarrassing and exhausting! We were told by Austin that our room would be refunded for our troubles, but of course that didn't happen the next morning. The lady at the counter, said she didn't know how he messed up that bad because he had been employed there for 2 years. It honestly seemed like his first day in the job.
To preface..every staff member we encountered was professional, pleasant and in full agreement with our commentary to them With complete respect, simply put this hotel is nasty and noting more than a roadside dive. Truth is after chatting with management..they know it and are in complete agreement. This hotel is NOT representative of the Hilton name and brand. Some reviews indicate that it is tired and dated but the overall rating this place is getting suggests that these reviews are screened. Every piece of fabric, carpet and furniture is permeated with filth and the smell of smoke. I ran a paper towel along the ledges of the bathroom countertop and tissue holders and it was filthy. Do not stay here and realize that it is not representative of even your worst Hilton experience. This is coming from a 35 year Hilton Honors member as well as someone who had chosen this brand for corporate ownership use. Ohh and they charged $324 per night last night.
Very nice comfortable place near airport. Walking distance to 1 restaurant and convenience store. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. Let us check in early- all staff very friendly and welcoming.
Choice of stores and restaurants are not walkable- will need a car.
Traveling through and was a convenient location
Nothing
Shayla and Austin were very friendly and helpful!!
Great location.
Such a slum. The staff and owner needs to be ashamed. Do NOT stay here. Instantly left and went down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn. Room was filthy, stains everywhere, funky smell, bathroom was abhorrent.
Shame on Hilton. This flag needs to be pulled.
Staff was great. The room and building in general were not. Main areas smelled like old cigarettes. The pool area was closed unless you stopped at the front desk, and they sent us over to the next hotel to swim instead. There were stains on the furniture and carpet felt pretty dirty. The shower water didn’t get very warm. Breakfast was subpar.
Great place, friendly staff. They always take care of me in particular, Tara, who asked me if I needed something, and let me know that there would be some issues.
Everything was fine. Rooms were clean and great.
I don't think I didn't like anything.
Bozeman is expensive to stay so when I saw a lower rate at a Hilton property I was excited, definitely get what you pay for. Hotel was very out dated and worn down. Staff was working hard, same person manning front desk and breakfast area. The room had a strong air freshener odor and heat was so hot that we had to open window. Doorknob was also broken.
Clean and lactation was good
The hottub was closed and the pool room was so cold we could not swim in the pool
Awesome food.

I like this hotel for it’s convenience but it really needs maintenance. The room carpet had giant stains from who knows what. The linens need upgrading. The pillows were past their usefulness.
The lady at the front desk was awesome though.
