Pros:

Comfortable bed. Easy access outside. Nice staff

Cons:

There was no vent in the bathroom so it was very humid after a shower. There was some repair done to the ceiling in the bathroom but it looked unfinished - not sanded, messy, unsightly .
There was a closed vent or something in the room that was dripping water. The room was damp smelling.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast selections which are changed daily. Great location close enough to beaches and historic district. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

While it was raining and for some time after it stopped there was a dripping sound right outside the window onto the metal gutter or roof. Probably could use a few more pillows on the king size bed or a back rest to use when watching TV from the bed.

Our Stay was very good. The Staff was nice and helpful. The lady at the desk allowed us to Check in early. Which we really appreciated after a long Drive . In the breakfast area we were Greeted with a smile each morning and the breakfast was good. The room was Comfortable and very clean. I would stay here again.”

Great Place
Pros:

Good breakfast, love that you vary some of the egg, meat and potato choices. Clean and well maintained room and entire hotel. Great location just minutes from my favorite beach and not too far from the historic district.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just a few minor plumbing issues. (Loose tub handle and slow draining tub) A little pricey but worth it.

I thought, in my OWN mind, that the Cordele, GA HI&S was #1 of them all, until I stay at the HI&S in Mt Pleasant, SC
Pros:

This is the cleanest and most well kept HI&S EVER!
I had an 8 day stay related to my drawbridge work, and the front desk staff, hotel management, parking lot custodians, hotel grounds custodians, the housekeeping folks, and the breakfast buffet folks are the most kind and most friendly staff I have ever met!
The Cordele, GA HI&S was my #1 HI&S in the country, until I stayed at the Mt. Pleasant/IOP SC HI&S.
Sorry Cordele! Mt. Pleasant has just bumped you down into the #2 spot.
