Cons:

Hotel was Dirty. Washcloths were so old and thin I
l could see my hand through them. Mattresses need to be replaced. There was hair in the bathtub. The carpets in the halls had clearly not been vacuumed for a long time. I was charged $14 to park my car in your lot? Breakfast was marginal.

Breakfast was really delightful.

Cons:

Elevators were slow and I saw a large bug in them at one point. Challenging location for driving at rush hour. hard to leave the parking lot.

Hampton Inn North Charleston was one of the best Hotels we have stayed at.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located to all area restaurants and attractions.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Stephanie, she help out making our stay better and was very friendly!

The breakfast was wonderful, with many choices, and the staff kept the area very clean.

Cons:

The elevator seem to have problems but the staff knew how to fix it.

Many areas had tape to hold up corner guards.

Everything was as good or better than we expected. We are Hampton Inn regulars.

Cons:

I was very disappointed that I had to pay an additional $14 a day for parking. I may use a different Hampton Inn on my next trip to Charleston because of that or maybe a differen hotel, like the one across the street that doesn't charge for parking.
