This is a great stay if you want to visit the R&R Hall of Fame!
Pros:

The room was very good and all of the staff, including the valet parking staff, were kind, cheerful, and efficient. The beds and pillows were great. I would rate the breakfast as mediocre, but bountiful - many choices.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been tastier.

Walkable to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Lakefront.
Pros:

Location is walkable to waterfront and Rock Hall of Fame. Took a cab back in rainstorm for less than $10. My first room was on the front and street noise was too much. Staff moved us without hesitation. 2nd room was on the side on a higher floor and so quiet.

Cons:

Room on front of building was too loud- motocycles drag racing up and down street in front of hotel with loud music blasting. (Staff happy to move us to a very quiet room but I'd ask at checkin next time. If it was a busy season- we might have been stuck.) Valet parking was 5x the cost of parking 2 blocks away which we found on ParkWhiz.

Pros:

Good location. Very clean hotel. Typical hotel food provided for breakfast. You could take it or leave it. However, I am grateful that breakfast was provided despite the usual low quality fare.

Cons:

No free parking spaces provided for hotel guests. And, there is a lot of loud traffic noise that lasts into the night.

Peaceful and quick, besides the initial experience with staff.

When we arrived, I was trying to ask the lady working at front desk about military discounts and she was super rude to me, while I was trying to be patient and kind. I watched her disrespect another person that was trying to check in as well. The morning staff was a lot better and easier to work with.
