The room did have an unpleasant odor if the ac unit was not running. It was faint, but not great.

No special suggestions.

If I could give this hotel -1 stars, I would.

I regret paying extra to stay here, expecting better service and a cleaner hotel. Unfortunately, it was the opposite.

The room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom, hair and dirt under the sink, and when we opened the sofa bed, it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. It was dusty and dirty, which was unacceptable.

The service was equally disappointing. During check-in, the receptionist spent most of the time talking to two other employees behind the counter instead of giving us her full attention. She spoke so quietly that I could barely hear her and acted as if she just wanted to finish checking us in so she could continue chatting with her coworkers.

The room didn’t even have a proper blanket. We called the service line several times, but no one answered. I had to go downstairs myself, only to be told there were no blankets left, so I was given only a thin bed cover.

There wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor cleanliness, poor customer service, and a lack of attention to guests. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, during check-in we asked the front desk staff member to process things as quickly as possible, since we really needed to use a restroom. She assured us she was doing it as fast as she could, but the process was still slow. We then asked if we could use a restroom near the front desk, but were told that wasn’t possible. Our room was on the fifteenth floor, so the whole situation left us feeling quite uncomfortable.

Ran out of coffee and had to wait on more both days. Please stop serving polish sausage and turkey sausage for breakfast😒 Valet was a joke! Had only 3 spaces to pull off the street. We actually left, had lunch, and came back, believing we were just getting there at a busy time...3:30 Still had to double park on the street to unload. Valet told us that we were making the hotel look bad to do that but what were we supposed to do? Had to help a maid untangle sheets because laundry left them in a huge bin unfolded. They have a hard enough job without having to do the laundries job too. Never saw the bar open.

It cost over $43 to park for the night.

Super simple breakfast with lot of plastic waste.

We arrived for breakfast 20 minutes before it was due to finish and there was nothing left apart from a few cereal boxes, a few slices of bread and some omelettes - no other hot food, no more waffle batter, no juice or even water left in the machine. We asked a staff member if there was anything else and he said it was all gone. I would expect food to continue to be replenished untill breakfast is over. Also there was one other table eating so I doubt it was replenished at all. We raised this issue at the point of check out and the manager accused us of making this up and said he would check CCTV even though we did inform a staff member at the time and we would not make this up.

The bedbugs and broken promises. The bedbugs kept me up at night and I took a shower and checked out at 4am because I obviously couldn't sleep in that. The person behind the counter promised to give me a refund and that never happened. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast supplies limited and when there was no more of a product, e.g. a type of cereal, milk, coffee, it was not replaced quickly or at all. The selection of brands of products, e.g. yogurts, was mediocre. The cost of the hotel room and the valet parking was higher than expected for this type of hotel.
