Quiet evening in downtown Cleveland

Good location, pretty quiet.

Cons:

Free breakfast was a letdown. Juice machines broken, out of most items and variety a little under whelmed. Parking was expensive but valet service was good.

Checking in. Valet spaces were all blocked with cars awaiting parking on a game night. Not enough valets. Had to drop off passengers to check in and round the block before finally just double parking to unload and await valet

I left my kindle in the room and notified the front desk 2 times and never got a response back. Very disappointed.

Great one night stay in downtown. Very quiet aside from the glorious church bells across the street.

Pros:

Good downtown location.

Cons:

At check in there was a complete mess. The valet line was totally full including the lane in the street. The valet’s were not moving the car out which left no where to go. After spending time driving around and waiting nothing changed and no body cared. They did not answer the phone. I had to park several blocks away and walk.
