Stayed here during a volleyball tournament at the IX center. The drive was super easy and there were a lot of nice places to eat within walking distance. Check in was easy and the breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus.
The staff were very welcoming
We were given water on arrival and fruit was freely available
Shuttle service was great and driver was very welcoming, kept us entertained and took care of all our luggage and even brought it to our room
I can't honestly say there was anything we didn't like. Breakfast choices weren't to our own personal taste but we still found something we could eat.

Breakfast items that should have been hot were just luke warm. Sausage both mornings and no bacon. Second morning was out of orange juice.
Room with two queen beds which means there COULD be up to 4 people and there were only 3 sets of bath towels and washcloths. Thankfully there were only two of us.

Terrible customer service! I have stayed at several of the Hilton hotels due to my travels. The General Manager, Cassandra is very rude, unprofessional and is clueless about how to handle a customer complaint. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and will never stay here again! Very inconsistent treatment of customers compared to the other Hilton hotels. Their breakfast bar does not compare to the other hotels? I filed a complaint and will see how upper management resolves my complaint.
Pristine clean, friendly staff
I had checked in online and accidentally used my iPad. The Hilton app gave me an error message when I tried to check my room number from my phone. I asked at the front desk for keys instead, because I didn’t want to take my iPad everywhere. There was no thank you for being an Hhonors member. I asked later for a water at the desk and said I was a member. The clerk looked me up before handing me a bottle of water. The room water temperature was tepid in both shower and sink. The shampoo dispenser in room 407 was empty. When checking out, I told the clerk about the temperature issue. She replied “okay” and wrote it down, but didn’t say anything else except encouraging me to get breakfast. I didn’t expect a refund, but it would have been nice if she could have said “I’m sorry that happened to you and we will fix it.” I didn’t tell her about the shampoo. I think it was the same clerk on check in and out.
