Clean hotel for quick trip to Flagstaff.
Pros:

Great location. Close to university and town.

Cons:

We are a family with allergies and almost every guest had a dog walking through the lobby or food area. It was a lot.

Our stay was comfortable other than the above two issues the hotel was standard.
Pros:

Room was standard and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also OK. However, the pool was bad - murky water with lot of hair. Hotel needs to address this.

Cons:

Cleanliness couldhave been better.

Maintenance, we reported a closet door not sliding. It was never fixed. Ac would cycle on and off difficult to sleep. Window covering slide cord broken. Just not the way things were a few months ago during that stay

連續兩晚洗澡都沒有熱水，只好在低溫的夜晚用溫水洗戰鬥澡。反映給前台，第一天表示鍋爐有問題，隔天才能維修；第二天則表示只有一個鍋爐有功能，所以要等久一點才會慢慢有熱水⋯⋯

Overnight stay with a good breakfast to start the next day
Pros:

It was nice breakfast was good with good variety staff was nice and friendly overall with one exception it would be 5 star but body wash was empty

Cons:

The body wash dispenser was empty which is really unacceptable in my opinion
