Great location and a solid night's stay
Pros:

Great facilities, close to the convention center! I got an early check in with breakfast. They have a full buffet breakfast available.

Cons:

The a/c unit was a bit confusing to use when you wanted to turn it off and on.

Bad staff and be aware of additional charges for no reasons

Cons:

The room was dirty, hairs everywhere in the shower and on the floor. The bathroom tub didn't drain. During the checkout, the staff charged an additional one night standing when we checked out at 8am. After all, I talked to a manager and they submitted a refund while the staff was there lying that the system said that I didn't pay $651 for the whole stay and decided to charge only $183. It doesn't make sense. Then the staff just smiled and smirked about that situation.

Pros:

The heated pool, the staff were very kind and helpful. Nd the breakfast was great

Cons:

The sink was very uncomfortable, and the pictures online make the place look nicer than in real life. The ceilings of the rooms were dirty and yellow
