Horrible and hot stay
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to go

Cons:

The room was so hot staff made me sleep in room first day saying it would cool off, it didn’t it was 80 degrees in our room

Hotel molto buono con qualche pecca!
Pros:

Hotel bello, camera molto spaziosa e molto pulita. Molto bello e funzionale il bagno Letto grande e confortevole. Lo staff gentile e pronto a dare qualsiasi informazione e aiuto. Posto auto a pagamento.

Cons:

Non mi sono piaciute alcune cose che non mi aspettavo da un albergo di questo livello. Non hanno fatto le pulizie e alla nostra richiesta ci è stato risposto che quel giorno non le facevano (!?), la colazione è di scarsa qualità e ci sono piatti di carta e posate di plastica e non c’e’ nessun servizio. Nelle email scambiate con loro mi era stato detto che il costo del parcheggio era di 5 $ al giorno, ho avuto degli strani addebiti poi stornati e poi un addebito di 19 $ per due giorni di parcheggio.

Mostly satisfactory.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Loved the waffles. The rooms were comfy enough.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (didn't have sheets on the bed). When we told the counter, they wound up swapping us to a different room without telling us, so we spent the first night in a room that wasn't ready.

Pros:

Adorei o Hotel, o conforto, e a localização é próxima a Universal, restaurantes e outlets, os funcionários super atenciosos em especial a Nia que foi super simpática e nos ajudou muito sendo uma excelente profissional.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bom para os padrões americanos, mas o melhor foi no primeiro dia em que havia um omelete delicioso e nos outros dias somente ovos mexidos e tipo uma linguiça bem apimentada. Mas custo benefício!

Their service I have stay 5 times in this hotel but the experience was terrible never text to see if we need something call 3 times when I need a crib took long had to call again they hadn’t put the request ask for towels never came I had to go down and get them myself

Emplacement génial. Pour une fois des horaires piscine adaptés ouverture 8h. Petit dej copieux. Emplacement aménagé pour fumeur

Check in impossible en raison de problème informatique passage en process manuel très tardif, après une longue route cnest pas top.
Piscine pas très propre à l’ouverture.
