Categories

Cleanliness
8
Mixed feedback: several guests praised room cleanliness (e.g., 'limpieza 10/10'), but multiple reports noted housekeeping issues—hair in room, cleaning only every two days, and occasional musty odors.
Service
9.4
Consistently positive: staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (front desk, reception and many mentions of kind personnel); a few isolated comments about an unfriendly breakfast employee but overall excellent service.
Location
9.3
Very strong: location repeatedly praised in many languages ('La ubicación', 'Excellent location', 'situated in the middle of everything', recommended for parks).
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed: many guests satisfied with rooms, but several reported problems—noisy rooms next to mechanical room, AC not working for a night, and one guest assigned an unfavorable room location.
Amenities
7.8
Mixed to slightly below expectations: pool and fitness area usable but with maintenance/cleanliness issues (broken pool edges, fitness room cleaning lacking). Paid parking and deposit policies also negatively affected perceived amenities.
Value for Money
8.2
Generally positive but mixed: some guests highlighted good rapport qualité/prix and recommended the chain; others cited extra charges (paid parking, deposit) and inconsistent breakfast quality reducing perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Inconsistent: several guests praised an excellent, well-stocked buffet breakfast, while others complained about low stock, poor quality of some items, and a desire for more variety.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall positive: many guests recommend the property, describe pleasant stays and helpful staff; issues are mostly localized (cleaning frequency, noise, extra fees) rather than universal.
