We had to leave because of the rude receptionist “Jahir”

Cons:

The receptionist, Jahir, he really shouldn’t be working in hospitality. He overbooked us and he put me in a room that less value that the original room I booked and he seemed didn’t care at all. We left didn’t stay because of him. We would have stayed if he at least said sorry but he didn’t even care to apologize for overbooking us. We made a refund and I got my money back. It was just a bad experience that I have to leave and looking for another hotel at night with my wife. Usually I don’t complain about workers because I know some customer service jobs are not really satisfying for workers, so I usually understand that, but we were so nice to him and he treated us in a way that he doesn’t care if we stay or leave or he pushing us to leave basically. Terrible. I would never go there again because of him and this experience.

Das Zimmer war recht groß und das Bett bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre nett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok, aber alles mit Wegwerfgeschirr und -besteck. Die Möbel und die Teppiche waren etwas abgewohnt und die Klimanlage laut.

Super comfortable and friendly!
Pros:

From the very moment you check in the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and it is close distance to restaurants and the convention centre

Cons:

The noise of the lifts is very loud, and can be heard from the rooms. At breakfast they use paper plates and plastic cutlery which seems so wasteful considering there was no separate recycling bin

Great location and a solid night's stay
Pros:

Great facilities, close to the convention center! I got an early check in with breakfast. They have a full buffet breakfast available.

Cons:

The a/c unit was a bit confusing to use when you wanted to turn it off and on.

Bad staff and be aware of additional charges for no reasons

Cons:

The room was dirty, hairs everywhere in the shower and on the floor. The bathroom tub didn't drain. During the checkout, the staff charged an additional one night standing when we checked out at 8am. After all, I talked to a manager and they submitted a refund while the staff was there lying that the system said that I didn't pay $651 for the whole stay and decided to charge only $183. It doesn't make sense. Then the staff just smiled and smirked about that situation.
