Amazing Stay
Pros:

Clean hotel room thanks to Sebastiana. Good location. Excellent atmosphere, everyone was kind and helpful. Silvia, Lupe, and Itzhel all did a really good job. The rooms were so clean and the beds were comfy, and everything was tidy when we came in. Pretty good value for an awesome hotel, comes with a pool, hot tub, a spa in the hot tub, free coffee and tea and free breakfast.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast was good and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

Very good service, Silvia and Lupe were very attentive the whole time of our time being in the breakfast room. The atmosphere was clean and organized making us feel very satisfied with the hotel.

Pros:

Guadalupe Chimal did an excellent job having everything ready for us. The room was impeccable and comfortable. There were enough pillows and towels for everyone.

At breakfast Silvia and Lupe made sure we were satisfied and well fed before we left even though we showed up late. Andres got out table ready for us, and we sat down to have our meal. They did such a great job for us.

Great hotel with awesome staff!
Pros:

Hotel location, cleaniness and rooms were great! The staff were attentive and courteous. Silvia Lupe and Monica Andres in particular were great hosts. They attended to our needs. I highly recommend the 2 of them. We will be back to this hotel in the near future, in the next 6 months.
