Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista / Orlando

This is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Disney. While the proximity to the parks is perfect, what truly keeps us coming back is the wonderful staff.

On our most recent trip, Natalia, Itzel, and Lupe really stood out. In addition to being professional and kind, they noticed it was my father’s birthday and took the time to wish him a happy birthday, which made the stay even more special.

Sashane was a life saver! I accidentally booked the room for the wrong night through a 3rd party site. Sashane worked for over 30 mins on the phone to help get my room swapped over versus having to pay again. Room was clean, facilities clean and breakfast was good! Mickey waffles for the win!

Cuando contacte al hotel para indicar algunas consideraciones de mi parte, respondieron a todas mis preguntas y me entregaron respuestas a todas mis inquitudes: Check-in mas temprano (previa disponibilidad), recepción de paquetería y check-out anticipado con posibilidad de pasar a retirar las maletas mas tarde.
Tienen un pequeño quiosco que me salvo de una noche que llegue con mucha hambre.
Sin duda, volveria a elegilos!!

The kitchen and hospitality team did an exceptional job throughout our stay. Each morning, breakfast was prepared and ready on time, with great attention to detail and presentation. The dining area was consistently clean, organized, and welcoming. Thanks to Itzel, Lupe, Arial and Silvia.
What stood out most was the team's hospitality. They were warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and servant-hearted attitude created a welcoming environment that made everyone feel cared for and valued. We celebrated my son's 9th birthday and the front desk associate Jeanne found out and was incredibly kind. After we checked in she came up to our room and surprised my son with a gift bag and it had a bunch of snacks for his stay.
I would also like to recognize the housekeeping staff. Our room was cleaned and refreshed daily, and their consistent attention to cleanliness and comfort greatly contributed to a pleasant stay.
Thank you to the entire team for your commitment to excellence, hospitality, and guest care. We will definitely come back.

The service at this hotel was exceptional—easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend it.

Shortly after check-in, I received a text message asking if everything was satisfactory, which showed how much the staff cared about their guests. I had a small issue during my stay, and by the time I returned to the hotel, it had already been resolved promptly and professionally.

A special thank you to Jeanne and Sarah at the front desk, as well as Silvia and the breakfast team, for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Orlando, this is definitely a place I would recommend.

Itzel was so hospitable to the kids. The breakfast ladies saw that my husband and child were juggling several breakfast items and brought a tray. Throughout the day I saw several ladies cleaning various area of the hotel.

It was once again a pleasure to stay at our second "Home," the Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista. This time, Jeanne and Sarah were there for us with excellent customer service, understanding, and empathy. They are a true credit to the Hampton Inn chain, and we look forward to going back again soon for our 12th time. The atmosphere, as always, was serene. The room was spotless, and we had no complaints. The value was excellent, better than past offerings. We had no problems with noise; the pool was comfortable and beautiful. The treadmills, Peloton, and weights filled my daily workout needs. The location has always been amazing to us. Close enough to Disney-related stores and parks, but not in the middle of all of the hubbub and noise. The only thing we had a problem with was the $7.00 charge per parking space per night. Having said that, this is way below what other hotels charge for parking. You are given a paper to place on your dashboard to confirm that you are a guest of the hotel, and you cannot enter the hotel after a certain time unless you have your hotel key. Good security, for us, IMO. Thank you, Jeanne and Sarah. We SO appreciate you. See you soon!

Sarah at front desk was absolutely amazing. The level of customer service she has is beyond the level of expectation. Sarah makes sure that guests feel comfortable and welcomed. My family and myself will be staying at this location moving forward.

Arrived late, Sashane was very pleasant getting us checked in. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. As always, breakfast was satisfying. This is a good location for Disney access.

We stayed here for our church youth choir tour and the staff was amazing. The morning breakfast crew Ms. Lupe, Silvia and Monica were wonderful! The hotel is clean and the location is great for all parks.

Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista is now our go to I really cannot complain from the fresh smell when you first walk in to the friendly staff Sashane at the front desk just everyone is super nice and helpful. This is our fourth time staying at this hotel and it will always be our go to for now on.I’ve even send friends family coworkers all to this one location. I’m very happy we found it. Thank you to all the stuff and I’m sure we will see you again.
