Overall a great hotel! Would stay there again.
Pros:

Great customer service, clean room, breakfast was good.

Cons:

We would've liked more shuttle times to the different parks. If we missed the times, we had to take our car.
The main reason we stayed there was because they had shuttle services,

Pros:

A equipe é muito atenciosa, especialmente a Jeanne e a Sophia. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. A Itzel ensinou meu filho a fazer Waffles com cara de Mickey! Quartos confortáveis e limpos, localização excelente: bem no meio entre Disney e Universal.

Everything was very neat and clean. The breakfast crew were great at keeping the area stocked with food and clean. The coffee was better than I expected from a hotel and we enjoyed it!

Lo que mas nos gusto fue la atencion del personal. Muy atentos. Me consiguieron pan sin gluten al segundo día, aunque no tenian muchos conocimientos de tema alergias.

Cons:

Poca variedad en el desayuno. No es un desayuno continental como estamos acostumbrados en España.

Meu hotel oficial em Orlando: prático, bem localizado e com ótimo custo-benefício!
Pros:

Sempre que viajo para Orlando, escolho este hotel. A localização é excelente para quem planeja aproveitar os parques da Disney, pois a maioria fica a apenas 15 minutos de carro. Além disso, o hotel não cobra taxas de estacionamento ou de resort, o que garante um ótimo custo-benefício.A região ao redor é completa: há restaurantes excelentes bem próximos, como o Olive Garden e o Cheesecake Factory, além do Outlet Premium Vineland e do Disney Springs. Por ser um hotel relativamente pequeno, a entrada e a saída são muito rápidas e cômodas. O café da manhã também nos surpreendeu positivamente por ser bem completo, incluindo sucos, café, ovos mexidos, pães, waffles e frutas. O ambiente é sempre muito limpo e arrumado.

Cons:

Não tenho do que reclamar. Pelo excelente custo-benefício, pretendo voltar sempre!
