Pros:

The staff were very friendly; Itzel, Lupe, and Monica, in particular, were very attentive and helpful at the breakfast buffet.
The rooms were spacious and clean. We felt very comfortable there.

Great value & location to Disney!
Pros:

Great location and value! Lots of dining options in the area too! Super close to Disney. Very clean hotel & attentive service at breakfast & front desk. Only suggestion would be to tone down the music/speakers in front entrance to hotel!

Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista
Pros:

The Hampton Inn was a place to stay. Jeanne was great at check in and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. It is a short drive to the parks and also close to shopping and food. No complaints and would love to stay here again!

Nice hotel and unbelievable staff
Pros:

We stay here several times every year and the highlight of every trip is Sashane working the desk at night. Her personality and willingness to help is the best that I have experienced at any Hilton property, we are diamond members and stay at Hiltons all over the county several times a year. She is one of the main reasons we always choose this hotel.
