How friendly the staff was and how clean the room was

Water park is a fun free feature! But our room was not clean! No hot water.

The lady at the dest is great. Water park is a fun free feature! The price is good and usually why we choose this place. But it was filthy we probably won't be back.

The room was filthy! Our window was letting bugs in. The room had not been cleaned and when we tried to shower we had no hot water.

Great location and would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Great location; lots of restaurants, shopping, and things to do for families within walking distance. Even had outdoor entertainment in the nearby square close to the winery and breweries. Hotel had nice little indoor waterpark for kids. And our room was large with roomy bathroom and comfy beds. And a wonderful waterfront view!

Cons:

Outdoor pool was located at adjacent property, which wasn't explained to us. Had to ask a couple people about that. And no food items for breakfast, but there are 2 breakfast places very close by.

Don’t do it!
Pros:

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, mold, holes in ceiling, wallpaper falling off, dust everywhere. The pool had mold and algae all over the pool deck, skimmers missing covers. A layer of sunscreen scum on the water and who knows what else mixed in.

Had a great time.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Kid friendly. Staff was friendly. Loved the waterpark. Check in and out was very good. I would recommend to others. Very good value.

The only thing was the beds were full size instead of queen.

We rented 4 rooms and they did a phenomenal job getting us rooms close together. Facilities were clean, staff also helpe

The property is in an amazing location close to all the shops and places to view the bridge. My children especially love the pool, waterpark and small arcade. Staff was incredible kind and helpful, even helping to find my son’s lost bear he’s had since birth.

Cons:

There was no phone in one of our rooms (203) so we were unable to call down to the front desk. In one room (203) the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom did not reach the marble looking strip and I often stepped on the carpet tacks. The latch to the closet door in room 203 was also broken so it kept opening as well as the buttons on the ac/heat appeared to be broken so it was difficult to turn on at first.
