Awful run down premises
Pros:

It was close to everything which was nice. Everything else was awful!!! The carpet dirty and ripped, poop stained towels, pool slide dangerous, the water was very discolored with black algae.

Cons:

We didn’t like anything but the front desk employee and the location

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Good for the price point when i booked. Staff is good and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Air Conditioner inside the room made a lot of noise which disturbed some sleep. Rest everything was fine.

A drawback i see was It could have offered breakfast as most of the hotels nearby are offering.

A decent stay from a normal hotel. No frills, just lock your door
Pros:

The location was the best characteristic for this hotel, lake right across the road, a couple restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Shower was all over the place temperature wise, fridge didn't keep anything cold, no freezer section, ice machine didn't work on my floor, 2 different people tried to open my door while i was in the room! Quite bizarre.

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable with. The parking is close to the entrance.

Cons:

The advertised breakfast is no longer served. This needs to be removed from the hotel description.
