The curtains were broke and the people above us were so loud and stomping on the ground we didnt get to sleep until after midnight.
Plug-in outlets inside room need replacing and more should be added toilets make to much noise should upgrade , tv programing sucks

Toilet was clogged when we got there, bed sheet had blood stain on it. Not a very clean place. Won't go back
Free waterpark and indoor pool - even though I never got around to using them. The location was great and near things to do. The rooms were clean and economical.
There was no continental breakfast even though they had a large breakfast room that would have been great for that purpose. The indoor pool + the carpet led to a musty wet small that aggravated my husband's allergies.
The property is what you’d expect in comparing the cost to other places. The location is only a short walk into center of town and Mackinaw Crossing. Right across the street from ferry dock.
There was garbage still under the backside of the bed and food splatter on the wall above where trash bin sits from previous guests. The toilet clogged easily, they had to come fix it…we also had requested maid service many times. Even left the thing out on the door. We stayed for 5 nights so our trash was considerably piled up, full of old stinky food, and yet they’d never come when requested. So if maid service is important for you..don’t bother.

The shower had no hot water, the room was run down, and it was very noisy.
We picked this place due to the location and price. It was great being able to walk across the street to access the ferry to Mackinaw Island. Budget friendly option. And about a 5 minute drive to downtown.
The description said there was beach access. It advertised as having a water park. I didn't realize until after getting there, that these amenities were shared with neighboring hotels. We checked out both locations but did not really suit what we were looking for. So this was a bit of a let down.
Our room was clean overall. Our window looked out at the building next door so very little natural light. The carpet had some spots. The bathroom fan did not work, and we couldn't figure out the hot water until the second day (you had to jiggle the handle). There was no iron. But for the price and the little time we spent in the room, it met our needs.

The coffee pot in my room was missing the piece that held the coffee in so I couldn't make any coffee in the morning
