Took 6 year old to the car to grab her blanket at 910pm and right in front of us,in the window of a room, mind you lights on and curtain wide open, I see a larger woman wearing nothing, on top of a naked man in bed ,going ar it. Had to shield my granddaughters eyes. Totally uncalled for. Respect the place that is a family hotel not a sleepy f*** fest hotel. Was absolutely disgusting and indecent!
Pool water and water park temps were freezing!! No heated pool or Waterpark water!

Good location, hotel needs major updates.
Pros:

Location was nice.

Cons:

For the amount of money we had to pay, the plugs in the room didn’t work, tv was sitting sideways, the staff were not helpful, and the room wasn’t the cleanest

If I ever come to the area again I will stay in this hotel!
Pros:

I loved the water park, it was perfect after a day on the island. We went early and asked to leave my car there while we went to Mackinac Island. I didn't ask for early check in but the nice lady checked us in right away as our room was already ready!

Cons:

Some outlets in the room wouldn't hold chargers so we had to unplug some lights to charge our phones. The rooms had a smell when you first walked in.
