Pros:

I was thankful to the staff especially manager for helping get the rooms

Cons:

Booking.com not notifying me that my reservation not completed. I received an invoice but when I arrived I did not have rooms. Apparently my CC did not go thru, even i thought I was paying on site.overall not a good experience

Pros:

The rooms are gross (one bed sheet had a stain on it). They also booked us in a room that was occupied, so when I opened the door with my two children, there was a towel on the floor and a pair of shorts on an unmade bed. Every time I stay at a Hampton, I've experienced similar circumstances. I'll never stay in a Hampton hotel again!

Cons:

Hotel was overbooked and did not offer alternative accommodation. I was left in the middle of the night with no accommodation due to this hotel failure. Fortunately, I was able to secure another place that night, but it was stressful experience. I had to escalate to booking to receive the refund.

Perfect spot for wedding guests
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were in the area for a wedding. It was clean and spacious. We found out after talking to other wedding guests that our hotel was much nicer and less expensive than the boutique property that the wedding couple recommended. That was a happy discovery! We did have a problem with the sink in our room, but the hotel had it resolved in under an hour. This hotel is close to Laguna Beach. We would happily stay here again.
