Perfect Location & Spacious Room
Pros:

A wonderful stay in a spacious and comfortable room. Everything was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was outstanding, right across from the iconic Calatrava Bridge and within easy reach of the city's main attractions. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely modern apartment with a great balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. 15 mins walk to the Guggenheim and the Old Town.

Cons:

The kitchen is quite well equipped but is missing a small sharp knife and a vegetable peeler.

Pros:

Le stanze sono moderne, pulite e dotate di tutto. La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Guggenheim, e ci sono anche un paio di ottimi bar e pintxos proprio di fronte. Lo staff è gentile e sono stati disponibili a venire incontro a tutte le nostre richieste - eravamo in 14 ragazzi per un addio al Celibato, non è scontato!

Super Unterkunft für eine Städtereise mit idealer Lage
Pros:

Super Lage in Bilbao, alles ohne Auto oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Wir hatten im Parkhaus Indigo, Arenal, Bilbao, Céntrico ohne Reservierung problemlos geparkt. Abrechnung nach Stunden ca. 25 € pro Tag. Zu Fuß mit kleinem Koffer ca. 20 Minuten. Leider waren bei der Reservierung des Zimmers alle eigenen Parkplätze belegt.
Das Apparent ist top sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

New comfy apartments with own parking in a perfect location!
Pros:

New, modern, spacious and spotless clean apartments. Own parking, efficient and silent central AC, comfy beds, large TVs, fully equipped kitchenette. Large bathroom with high-quality amenities. The apartment is strategically located in a walking distance to the Guggenheim museum and city centre. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly and efficient reception stuff. They also offer breakfast (11 EUR) however we had our own food. Clear recommendation!

Cons:

Unfortunately the both TVs do not support Apple AirPlay and it was also not possible to access HDMI ports. The provided Chromecast device did not work with my iPad. Therefore - no video / photo streaming ((.

Goed verblijf, super aardige medewerkers en dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden.
Pros:

Locatie op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Parkeren en opladen elektrische auto is goed geregeld. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Kaart restaurant is aan de magere kant. Weinig keuze mogelijkheden.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione per visitare la città a piedi. L'appartamento molto bello, curato e fornito di tutto. Siamo stati benissimo. Il nostro appartamento si affacciava all'interno per cui non avevamo una bella vista, ma in compenso era molto silenzioso. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia super.
I letti molto grandi e comodi.
Cercheremo Abba suite anche in altre città..

Run away from this place, cero hospitality training

Avoid this place.

No reception after 6 PM, and check-in was a disaster: missing access codes, endless calls, repeated questions we had already answered online, and over 90 minutes left waiting outside with our luggage. Even after reaching the room, the code was wrong and staff repeatedly implied the mistake was ours. Only after a long call did they realize they had provided the wrong code. Zero empathy, zero accountability, and not a single apology.

The hallway smelled strongly of food, and the room showed poor maintenance, including mold in the shower and visible damage to the ceiling.

Easily the worst hospitality experience I've had. Stay elsewhere.

Tout: l’accueil, le personnel adorable, l’emplacement , l’espace et le confort de l’appartement, son équipement , la bouteille d’eau dans le réfrigérateur , le café nespresso à disposition ….
