No breakfast at this location. It’s across the street in a diff. Street. No iron in the room, need to request it each time.

Wonderful location and comfortable beds and shower. Excellent customer service.
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable bed and shower. Nice lounge and Angel Bar for dinner is wonderful.

Cons:

Breakfast is very expensive and gas little choice beyond croissant sandwich, pastries, no fresh fruit.

מלון בוטיק חדש במרכז העיר העתיקה. מרחק הליכה לכל מקום.
צוות מקסים, אדיב ועוזר מאד.
ארוחת בוקר מגוונת מוגשת ב roof top מקסים.
תודה מיוחדת ל אנג'לו מהקבלה שהיה אדיב מאד ועזר לנו מאד. ורוצים לציין גם את אליס מהבר.

Cons:

המלון נמצא במקום מרכזי מאד. יש רעש מהרחוב בעיקר בסופי שבוע. יש איטום טוב של החלונות אבל לא אוטם את הרעש לגמרי.
מי שרגיש לרעש יכול לבקש חדר פנימי שהוא שקט מאד אבל ללא נוף.

Pros:

Great location in central Florence, in walking distance from everything! The rooms are new and spacious, the staff was very helpful. Amazing rooftop bar with the best view in town.

The room was great, but we stayed on the 1st floor it was a bit noisy.

Overall nice but not worth it due to the cleaning services
Cons:

I was very disappointed by the cleaning staff. We not only wrote on the paper what we needed ironed for a wedding, but we specifically spoke to our house cleaner and she said she would get it done and we came back to get ready with our beds made and the wrinkled, uncleaned dresses for that night just put back on top. We also kept getting decaf coffee after the first day, when we were clearly drinking the caffeinated. We also did not receive new coffee mugs. For what we paid it was quite shocking
