Abbiamo prenotato questo Hotel per una fuga last minute a Firenze. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni della città con personale gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente qui alla prossima occasione, magari provando la colazione che aveva un aspetto davvero invitante….

I think if anything extra complimentary bottle of water each day and more coffee pods would have been welcomed.

Great if you want to be in the chaos, strongly suggest staying at somewhere with outside space, quieter and a pool but f
Pros:

Beautiful building with a good bed but thought room was small for delux.

Cons:

It wasn’t made clear on booking that there are two separate buildings, one of which has a roof top with outside seating and the other does not which basically means if you want to use this space you would need to move between buildings at street level. Also I was unable to get a proper nights sleep as the hotel is located within a very busy area with mass tourism night and day with buskers playing rock guitar until 1am. The double glazing helps but still audible if your room faces the street.

Pros:

Beautiful property in the heart of historical Florence. The rooms were beautifully done, with quality fixtures in the bathroom and tastefully selected furniture in the room. Nice natural light coming in from the large windows. The breakfast area (Angel restaurant) is lovely and the breakfast spread was great.

Cons:

Lacking some tabletop and countertop space in the rooms and bathroom. You have to walk to another building (right beside) for breakfast if you are in the main hotel.

Wonderful location and comfortable beds and shower. Excellent customer service.
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable bed and shower. Nice lounge and Angel Bar for dinner is wonderful.

Cons:

Breakfast is very expensive and gas little choice beyond croissant sandwich, pastries, no fresh fruit.
