Pros:

We love this hotel. Front desk staff friendly and helpful all shifts. Rooms are clean, bathrooms clean. The mattresses are dated and need replacing, but enough pillows, and linens. Location is perfect - bus, shuttle and metro are close by. Parking for a fee. Breakfast very good, hot and cold items, and fresh fruit. Walking distance to many shops, coffeehouses, bars and restaurants.

A wonderful place to stay for a very affordable price

Last little getaway for the summer!!
Pros:

I liked the location. Really good breakfast with a nice clean dining area. Kitchen staff was very friendly and kept food filled at all times. Sitting area was comfy & clean. Front desk staff was very courteous and smiling. Our room was very roomy, clean and our beds were comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Just a recommendation for waffle maker area. People stands right over your shoulder in your personal space while you are waiting for waffle to finish. Recommending a wait line for them to stand on until waffle maker is available.

Excellent Hotel - Parking $$
Pros:

I loved the room, service and location.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the parking. I don't know why you have to pay to park at a hotel where you have already paid to stay. I also didn't like the payment for parking. There should be a cash or credit card option.

Pros:

My room was comfortable, nicely furnished, and clean. The Breakfast buffet was wonderful. There were so many choices, and all the food was plentiful and delicious.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a dinner restaurant on site. However, I do realize that there are numerous restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.

greet short stay close to old town will stay again
Pros:

front desk staff was so friendly I cant remember her name though. the place was clean and quiet. there were a lot of choices for breakfast and they offered water and lemonade and cookies in the lobby.

Cons:

the potatoes had an interesting seasoning on them. This is just my personal opinion but I wasn't a fan. also, the eggs were kinda powdery, but you expect that at a hotel. I wish they had just had salt and pepper on the potatoes.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the abondance of good food and the very helpful staff.

The property was great.

Cons:

The property location was a bit tricky to get to the first time, especially during rush hour traffic. I didn’t read any directions to get there (my bad) but a small map diagram would have helped a lot.
