Really well-located, modern boutique stay with great staff, strong amenities, and excellent comfort
Pros:

- Brilliant location — 2 minute walk from Zurich Central Station
- Modern, stylish boutique hotel above a great café
- Staff excellent and very accommodating, especially with requests like balcony rooms for special occasions
- Balcony room made a big difference to the stay, especially in hot weather
- Great communication via WhatsApp, very responsive
- Room was clean, modern and fresh throughout
- Very quiet despite being next to a major train station (excellent soundproofing)
- Spacious, modern bathroom with good toiletries
- Huge modern TV with streaming (Netflix etc.)
- High-quality coffee machine in room with decent pods
- Air conditioning was very effective during unusually hot weather
- Coop supermarket directly across the road — very convenient for snacks, drinks, lunches etc.
- Clear instructions for arrival and access
- Self check-in was quick and seamless (a couple of minutes)

Cons:

Pillows were very soft/flimsy and sink in quite a bit, not much support

Disappointed, did not meet our expectations.
Pros:

On the plus side - the room was quiet and close to the train station, and other attractions.
The staff member at the bar downstairs was very friendly and helpful, despite the fact he's not directly hotel staff since the checking in/out is automated.

Cons:

The aircon wasn't working and the room was very hot. The supplied fan was very loud and opening the windows wasn't an option at night due to the nearby trains.
The fridge didn't work. The room was fairly small, despite choosing an upgraded room.
There is only one check-in terminal. This was fine for us (we don't mind no staff around) but it was a bottleneck when lots of guests arrived at the same time.
We paid quite a bit for the room and I definitely do not think it was value for money. I would not recommend others to stay at the hotel.

Overall okay. But it could have been better if the staff at the cafe downstairs treated us as guests and not as walking
Pros:

Location and Room were good. Cleaning staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

So the staff in the cafe downstairs are not very welcoming. We arrived at 1:05pm for a 2pm check in but we were turned back saying that we will need to pay extra for 55 minutes..
Also, the sink in the bathroom would clog very easily even if you were just washing hands. The tap in the bathroom shower easily came off when showering

Terrible and I do not recommend anybody to stay there until they sort things out.
Pros:

The location was a 10 minute walk from the main train station.

Cons:

This was advertised as a premium bespoke hotel but really it was rooms above a bar that closes at 9:30PM and does not open until late morning. The fridge did not work, the room was sweltering and the air blowers were not working. The pillows were like there was no material in the pillows and the double bed was bolted together so you sink in the middle. There was a lot of dust in the room and on the shelves. Also, the rooftop was under renovation. I do not want to be negative but I really woke up feeling terrible and paid a lot for what was a terrible experience.

Pros:

Местоположение, хорошая кровать, постельное белье, косметика для душа. Номер маленький, но уютный.

Cons:

Номер видал виды, нет утюга, не удобная душевая. в 14 часов к заселению номер был не готов - пришлось ждать.
