На даты нашего проживания в отеле у мужа был день рождения. Нашу комната очень красиво украсили.
Pros:

Понравилось все. Персонал, причем весь от ресепшена до обслуживания улыбчивый ,постоянно предлагали свою помощь ,на все вопросы и просьбы мгновенно получали ответы. Еда разнообразная и вкусная. Красивая подача, очень чистый отель и территория отеля.

Cons:

Не везде ловил WI-FI

Pros:

This was our second visit to the hotel after a 3-year break, and once again we really enjoyed everything from the quality of service to the beautiful natural surroundings. Definitely recommended for an early summer stay, when the weather is still pleasant and not too hot for enjoying the outdoor pool.

Pros:

Menzere möhteşem idi. Spa , masaj ela idi. Yemekler milli metbexden idi bu çox sevindirici ve gözel birşey idi. Lezzetlerine söz olabilmez.

Cons:

Teraslı otaq tutmuşduq lakin otaqda mini barda heçne yoxidi. Teras kirli idi. Otağa seher yemeyi sifariş ettik lakin eksikler varidi. Hovuzlar çox kiçikdir. Birde spada lockerler hovuz zonasından çox aralıdır. Axşamları böyükler üçün milli musiqi geceleri olsa çox daha gözel olacaqdır eminem.

Хочу подчеркнуть, что мне Ваш отель понравился, во первых сам отель очень красивый, чистый , уютный, имеются все удобства для прекрасного отдыха ; во-вторых: перед отелем прекрасный парк с различными деревьями, цветами; в третьих: сервис отличный, персонал гостеприимный и т. д. Будем обязательно рекомендовать своим друзьям, знакомым обязательно посещали Ваш отель.

Cons:

В парке имеются дорожки в которых, нет перила, там ходить особенно после дождя будет опасно, особенно для пожилых людей и детей. Просьба установили обязательно в этих местах перила

Я и мои друзья очень остались довольны гостиница действительно по пятибалльной шкале. Спа-клуб идеально отлично Нам очень понравилось. Завтрак идеальный. В следующий раз мы будем выбирать только эту гостиницу. Всем желаю мира и добра. Спасибо гостиничному персоналу.

Все было очень хорошо. Ребятам на решепшене особое спасибо. Весь персонал очень гостеприимный. Завтрак и ужин хороший. Все вкусно. На территории отеля ежедневно проводятся разнообразные мероприятия для гостей.

Хотелось бы по больше бесплатных лечений. Парафин 2 раза на 7 дней, маловато

Бассейн, хамам в любое время можно идти 👍

Медсестра Улкер ✊ молодец, респект! Разговаривает и на родном, и на казахском, и узбекском языках, отдельная благодарность Улкер!
В самом отеле вежливый персонал, уборка каждый день, молодцы!

Cons:

Чуть хотелось бы улучшить отношение мед персонала с зарубежным гостям. К своим отношение более дружелюбное.
