The breakfast selection was good and there was a good variety to pick from. The rooms need to be upgraded, the beds were horrible and desperately in need of being replaced. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced/restretched and it is a big trip hazard especially for older people. The hotel was easy to find and the staff was helpful.

People make a lot of noise at night—slamming doors and coughing in the hallway—so it doesn't align at all with the reviews it has; I didn't like it. However, the service is excellent.
This Hampton Inn is showing it's age. Stretched out carpet in a hallway, so bad that it is actually a tripping hazard.
Used to be able to count on a decent breakfast (the reason I pick Hampton Inn), but for 2 days no eggs, just greasy sausage, overspiced potatoes, stale grocery store bagels, and congealed oatmeal. Don't even have brown sugar for oatmeal.
I feel like I should get an allowance back on my bill to cover a few breakfasts!

The hotel was nicely furnished, the facility and room were clean, friendly and helpful staff.
When coffee ran out, both the light roast and dark roast coffee dispensers were removed for a long time. The sign said it would be 10 minutes but they were gone for more like 20 minutes on morning. That's unacceptable when you have many people staying at the hotel and not everyone has a long time to enjoy breakfast or wait for coffee. Your facility should have a backup set of coffee dispensers so there is always a fresh set to replace the empty ones.
