Estaba genial, se encuentra situado en muy buena zona a la entrada de Kas. Tal y como se muestra en las imágenes. Tienen aparcamiento propio y tienes todo a mano, supermercados, restaurantes, gasolineras. No necesitas vehículo para llegar/ acceder al centro. Esta muy bien equipado, a nivel de cocina y baño.
El único inconveniente es que en determinados días a altas horas de la noche se escuchaban considerablemente rezos, y resultó bastante molesto.
The location of the apartment was definitely one of the highlights
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay here. For the price, I expected much better service and overall quality.
For three days, I kept asking the staff to refill the soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Despite asking several times, they only took care of it right before I checked out. These are basic things that should be taken care of without guests having to keep asking.
The staff were also quite rude and unfriendly. They didn’t seem very interested in helping or making guests feel welcome, which really affected the overall experience.
The breakfast was very disappointing as well. The selection was extremely limited and basically the same every day. For the price of the hotel, I expected much more variety and better quality.
Overall, I really don’t think the price matches what you get. What made it even more frustrating is that we found a much cheaper apartment for my friend, and her breakfast was actually better. Her place was also right in the center of Kaş, which was much more convenient.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again. There are definitely better options in Kaş for the same money -and even for less.
El apartamento no está mal, aunque parece mejor en las fotos. Tiene buena ubicación a 10min del centro, aunque pegado a la carretera de salida. Lo mejor el desayuno en la cafetería de abajo, muy variado y cuidan los detalles.
El recepcionista que nos atendió cuando llegamos no era muy amable, luego ppr la tarde había otro que fue mejor. Reclamamos porque el sofa cama era muy duro y por la forma no se podia hacer bien la cama, nos dijo que era lo que habia. El baño tenía mampara pero se salía el agua por todas partes.
Our stay was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly, and both the facilities and the room views are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and the main tour meeting points.
As a vegan, I think the breakfast could be more vegan-friendly, although there are some fruit options available.
The location is very close to the bus station, which is practical. The view from the terrace is nice and the room comfortable with a good air-con for this time of year.
We were on the top floor and no help was given to carry our bags to the top. The property is listed as a boutique hotel and I believe with the price you pay for the terrace apartment, this is expected and we experienced this in all other hotels in Turkey where they didn’t have lifts. The hotel manager was quite rude when we requested plates for snacks, and didn’t feel this was an unreasonable request as they didn’t provide dinner options. The breakfast was very average and was advertised as a “Turkish breakfast”.

Из минусов: парковки как таковой нет — машину приходится оставлять вдоль дороги возле гостиницы. Также неудобно организовано время заселения и выселения: выселение уже в 11:00, при этом когда мы приехали в 13:00, раньше установленного времени нас заселять отказались.
Отдельно хочу отметить завтрак — он начинается только в 08:30. Для отдыхающих это может быть не критично, но если у вас ранние планы, это создаёт неудобства. Нам нужно было быть на регистрации на паром в Грецию в 08:30, поэтому позавтракать в отеле мы не смогли.
La chambre est bien équipée et très propre. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est servi à table, ce n'est pas un buffet, mais il est de qualité. L'établissement est proche du centre ville et du port.
L'hôtel est juste devant la rue principale, donc du bruit de la rue.
