Die zentrale Lage war super toll und die Zimmer sind sehr cool

Cons:

Bei meiner Ankunft zu Hause habe ich festgestellt, dass mir Moxy EastVillage ohne vorherige Rücksprache mit mir 500 USD Fee abgebucht hat, weil ihr Smoking-Monitoring anscheinend in meinem Zimmer Rauch festgestellt hat - ich bin aber seit meiner Geburt überzeugter Nicht-Raucher! Nun streite ich seit gestern bezüglich der Rückzahlung und auch mein Deposit, welches bei meiner Ankunft auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet wurde, habe ich bisher noch nicht rückerstattet bekommen - ich bin diesbezüglich EXTREM verärgert - eine solche Erfahrung habe ich noch nie gemacht und ich reise wirklich sehr viel! Ich wurde nicht einmal beim Checkout auf das angebliche Problem angesprochen - das Fee wurde einfach abgebucht, nicht einmal einen Bericht habe ich dazu bekommen

Nice stay but small room for price!
Pros:

The location was great and so were the facilities: gym, bar & cafe

Cons:

I think it’s overpriced for the size of the room. Definitely not worth the cost as the location is not THAT upper class that it warrants that price

Pros:

Trevligt hotell, fint designat rum, skön säng, gratis kaffe. Bra läge med gångavstånd till många delar av staden.

Cons:

Ljudmässigt mycket stökigt varje natt mellan kl 03 och 04, troligtvis på grund av läget mittemot konsertlokalen Webster Hall. Tutande bilar som omöjliggjorde nattsömnen.

El Moxy es muy cómodo para cualquier tipo de visita a NY .
Pros:

Es mi segunda vez en el Moxy y lo vuelvo a elegir por su ubicación y comodidad. El desayuno no esta incluido pero el café que se puede adquirir es muy bueno. La cantina en la Rooftop es muy linda. El personal del front desk siempre es muy atento.

Cons:

La habitación podría contar con mas amenities y algunas comodidades adicionales. El estar de abajo debería tener mas luz, es muy lúgubre.

Cups not replenished, Ac broken (even though was given 50% discount after that), room a day was not cleaned. No fridge, no water kettle, no water provided.

Pros:

Liked the vibe and decor in common areas. Liked the free coffee and basic breakfast options. Bed was comfy and room well appointed. Great location.

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights and never got any service in the room for towels or making the bed, etc. We would be gone ALL Day from 9am-4pm and then two minutes after we got back to our room they would knock. Never came back. For almost $700 a night, that kind of sucks. Also, the outside noise was pretty loud at night, even on the 8th floor. We got used to it though.

Einrichtung der stummer. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Organisieren von Kleidung etc.

Es war sehr dreckig an der Seite des Bettes und sogar noch Müll von vorigen Gästen

Highlighting the front desk staff Nicole for being so kind and friendly on my first night and EXTRA shoutout to the bart
Pros:

Property location was great and close to NYU. Loved that there was a cafe and bar in the hotel.

Cons:

It was quite noisy at night. They will provide earplugs at request but sort of inconvenient being directly across from the Warby Theater
