Terrible experience and no management on site for quick action.
Pros:

Nothing to be liked. As soon as we got there the fire alarm started ringing. We were heading to the third floor to enter our room. The floor was flooded with water. We went down stairs to the lobby and the ceiling started dropping off and the whole lobby was flooded. We were exhausted from a long drive and we wanted o go to our room and rest. We were waiting more than 2 hours to get a solution but no management on site to make a decision. Eventually we were allowed to cancel and look for another hotel. We had to pay almost double to book another hotel. It has been more ten days and we did not get our refunds.

Cons:

We were not given key to our room; we were escorted in and out by a maintenance worker. Room was not ready when we arrived at check in time. We were uncomfortable and we asked for discounted price and was denied.

It needs to be known they are in a remodel, half the things didn’t work room keys wouldn’t work had to wait for them to unlock doors each time air conditioning wasn’t good then was told by receptionist breakfast was ready 6-10 nope 645 nothing was ready guy told us it would be ready at 7

Beside the above mentioned items, my syay was fine.

Cons:

My 1st room had cat poop in it and the 2nd room they moved me to had underwear from a previous guest in the closet. Also I ask for housekeeping to clean my room and they never did.

Está en reparación y mucha Humedad descuidado en. La limpieza deberían cuidar la limpieza y si quieren remodelar lo conveniente es que cierren para una buena remodelación y que no afecte al costumer y la cafetería es muy caliente

The room was dirty, the halls were filthy, someone had a key to my room, the floors, table, fridge, microwave and tub was dirty. The ac went out Thurs night. The TV nor internet worked

Everything was good... I felt safe. Everyone was nice.

Cons:

There was work being done to the hotel. They dont leave their breakfast up that long... Breakfast is at 9 am and you better get out of bed bc its over im gonna say by 9:30am. Like alot of it is put away.
