The hotel was really nice. Check in was easy and quick. It was in a great location and close to everything. When it was brought to the clerk and maintenance attention that my room tv wasn't working, maintenance came and fixed it quickly. Idk if it was because they were right there when I brought up the issue but they were quick to fix it nonetheless.
My review would be a lot higher. The only issue we encountered was the TV and Internet weren't working on the 4th floor. After going to talk about that issue, I was informed that they knew it was an issue and they were switching over services. That's fine and all but a sign that said that upon check in could lessen the annoyance for the customers and clerks. I 100% know that majority of people don't read signs but enough do to help lessen the annoyance of not finding out when you get settled in your room. As well as help the clerk not have to respond annoyingly to a customer bringing up that the tv and Internet wasn't working. The only other issue happened after we left. It was not until we were hours back home that we noticed our tablet and pillows were left at the hotel. When we tried to call to see about it, it took 10 tries of calling to get an answer and when we finally got an answer we were told nothing was found in the room and hung up on. Despite being able to see the tablets location is at the hotel. We 100% would have gone back and been repeat customers but this response by whoever answers the phone really soured our opinion on this hotel.
The gym access was nice but I would have liked for it to be open through the night.
