We loved the friendlyness of the staff, they couldn't do enough for us morning or evening. The breakfasts were amazing.
The closeness to a busy road although every effort was made to negate this with very good double glazing but when in the beer garden it could be a bit much. Also the matress on the bed could have been a lot more comfortable as the edges were giving away (Room 3).

It was only a five minute drive from lymington the staff were excellent as was the food we ate breakfast twice lunch once and dinner all served quickly and all cooked to perfection .The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable.
The only downside was the noise from the road ,obviously in this heat the windows had to be open , ear plugs were available,which we didn’t feel the need to use

Great location for Lymington, it’s harbour, sailing in the Solent, New Forest, Bucklers Hard, Keyhaven marshes, Isle of Wight ferry and Beaulieu Motor Museum. Good food and great service
Excellent cooked breakfast but could do with some fruit and yogurt options as well
