اقامه ممتازه لولا عنصرية موظفة الاستقبال التركيه

الموقع والمواقف تحت الفندق وعدد ثلاث سوبرماركتات تحت الفندق ومطعمان ومخبز كلها تحت الفندق لا تحتاج للخروج منه وقريب من محطة المترو والقطار والغرف نظيفه وواسعه كما ان نظام الفندق استوديوات يصلح للعوائل جداً

وصلنا الفندق بالليل بعد رحله طويله جداً بالسياره قادمين من ميلان فوجدنا موظفة الاستقبال وكانت في اخر مناوبتها وهي من اصول تركية وكانت عنصريه جداً جداً جداً وقد هددتنا بطردنا من الفندق وطلب الشرطه كل هذا لأننا طلبنا غرفتين متجاورتين بينهم باب وكانت تصرخ علينا وأخافت اطفالنا من صراخها علينا ولأذلالنا أكثر رفضت الكلام معنا وقالت سأتكلم فقط مع ابنتي الصغيره وفي الاخير احست بأنها اخطأت علينا وتمادت جداً معنا فعرضت علينا شوكلاطه هديه ولكننا تجاهلنا وبعد مبيتنا في الغرف المنفصله علماً ان لدينا اطفال صغار وتبهدلنا معهم جداً وفي صباح اليوم التالي ذهبنا الى الاستقبال واخبرنا الموظفه الاخرى بما جرى معنا الليله السابقه مع الموظفه التركيه وطلبنا منها مراجعة الكاميرات الموجوده في الفندق اذا كانت لا تصدقنا فكله موثق استغربت جداً من فعلها واخبرت المسئول الذي اعتذر منا بشده وقال بأنه لا يحق لها طردنا اوطلب الشرطه لنا وقام بتغيير الغرف الى غرفتين متجاورتين بينهم باب علماً اننا زبائن دائمين لديهم وفي كل فروعهم من سنوات كما رشحناهم لكثير من اصدقاءنا وتقيماتنا لهم دائماً مرتفعه ولكنها العنصريه التركيه وفي الاخير يظن السائح العربي انه اذا لم يذهب الى تركيا بسبب عنصريتهم المفرطه انه سينجو منهم ولكن للأسف يجدهم موظفون في الفنادق والمطاعم والمولات في دول اخرى يمارسون نفس العنصريه مع العرب بدون سبب

Svidjela mi se lokacija. Kvart je miran, soba je gledala na ulicu i sa činjenicom da je prozor bio otvoren većinu vremena imali smo mir. Blizina podzemne i autobusa je velika prednost. Također jedan od najudobnijih kreveta i jastuka ikad! Odlično smo spavali.

Cons:

Pretpostavljam da hotel nema pune kapacitete jer neke stvari u sobi koje nisu bile u redu bi se uvidjele ranije i ne bi nam nužno kvarile boravak. Perilica suđa nije radila. Termostat je bio potrgan. Osoblje s recepcije je odmah obavijestilo održavanje, ponudilo zamjensku sobu. Dobro su reagirali a nedostatci su uklonjeni idući dan.

Pros:

Im Großen und Ganzen für einen Kurz Trip ist es empfehlenswert. Personal freundlich, Frühstück ausreichend und die Lage top ( Busslinien und S Bahn in der Nähe )

Cons:

Wir waren zu 4 ( 2 Kinder ) das Schlafsofa war nicht bequem. Ist aber für einen Kurztrip ausreichend!
