Just wish it was cleaner in the room so we could’ve slept comfortably

Convenient, fast check in

Cons:

Bed was filthy, had to ask for a new blanket soon as we got in. Mattress was flipped upside down, hard part for us to sleep on.

Elevator only worked when it wanted to. Floors in the rooms are filthy! Rooms are extra musty.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok, nice to have something warm with protein. Very clean breakfast area and food was plentiful. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Refrigerator was cool not cold; shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty though we did have 1 tiny bottle of each.

The front desk lady cant remember her name was wonderful. The hotel was clean and very nice the beds was very comfortable and I had everything in the room I needed for my stay.

Overall cozy and comfortable atmosphere!!!
Pros:

I loved everything about the property. We came in groups with family members. They were able to put all of us together on 1 floor. Great breakfast and pool area, good hospitality. I can’t complain 1 bit because our whole group wanted to stay an extra night. 😊
