Very clean, great beds and wonderful breakfast!
Pros:

I’m so impressed with the cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast bar and the friendly staff.

Cons:

That there were many times the front desk was left unattended. To me that is a security risk.

Terrible because of pricing
Cons:

The price of this property for the value is incredibly high. I had to pay $689 for 2 nights. I can rent a room at the Trump towers for a month for the same price. Your fee is robbery. Even though the manger decreased 1 night it is still robbery. Your chain shouldn’t be charging more than$150/ night. Not $350. What a complete ripoff by your chain. While I did book by a 3rd party, because the front desk when I called said they were full so i went online and found a room. Astronomical pricing. You should be ashamed of how you rip people off and furthermore I don’t understand what my membership number actually gets me other than high prices. I wont be staying in any of your chain hotels soon. Shameless

I wished things were accommodated differently and with special care as it was our wedding day.
Cons:

I reserved and paid for my booking right away , I selected a room with bathtub ( we have used the same room before ) , it was showing available here on booking so I chose it . It was our wedding day , after ceremony we went to spend the night together and our reservation was room with bath tub and I added a comment for special instructions too that we just got married , so if they could please keep that in mind . The room was important at that point , but instead we got on first floor , with shower, no bath . We showed the receptionist our booking where it was showing what room we selected and she said “ sorry it is unavailable “ , I paid almost $250 and that room absolutely did not match $250 I’m sorry. I would do things differently if I ran a business or was receptionist. We been quests to this location and hotel but unfortunately we might choose different location from now on.

Disapointing
Cons:

Had to change room in middle of the night because smoke detecter battery was dead and detecter was beeping. The hotel processed a $100.00 dollar damage deposit to my credit card and did’nt let me know!! Very disapointing!!!!
