The room was comfortable, we stayed multiple nights. The free laundry was great and handy to have. We also used the free EV charging. Breakfast was good. Hot options changed daily.
One of the elevators broke down on the weekend which made the remaining elevator busy.
Had to pay for parking, when the hotel has a big lot
Everyone looked up and said hello and was so friendly. Housekeeping came daily and our room was always made up when we came back which was nice! We enjoyed breakfast everyday and felt there was a nice variety.
The beds were old and creaky and should be returned.
Keys wouldn’t work at check in, tv wouldn’t work, had to be moved to new room with one bed, had to share bed with daughter, bed not comfy, hot tub dirty and small.
Comfortable bed, decent breakfast selection, convenient location.
Paying for parking. 👎

The floor needed mopped my babies feet were pretty dirty from crawling but was swept well
Good location. Friendly staff.
We love staying here!
Pool was closed again
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
I was surprised to find out that I had to pay $10 to park. I have never had to pay for parking at a Hampton Inn before. The desk clerk said it was listed in the amenities section. I have since looked that up. I did not find it in the list of amenities. However, when I scrolled down find out more about the hotel, the fee was listed way down. I think that fees for parking should be listed where the hotel lists free breakfast and cancellation. I think your practice is deceptive.
We booked four nights at the Hampton Inn through Booking.com for five people — three adults and two teenagers. Unfortunately, our travel was delayed by a day, so we stayed for three nights.
On arrival, we checked in and a $100 holding fee was taken, which we were told would be returned at checkout. When we got to our room, we discovered there were only two king-size beds, despite the Booking.com listing stating that the room was suitable for five people. Our booking clearly included the number of guests and their ages.
I went straight to reception and spoke to the manager. Initially, we were told we could upgrade to a suite for $120. The manager repeatedly blamed Booking.com, saying he had spoken to them several times about the issue and encouraged me to complain to them. However, when I questioned why the hotel hadn't contacted us before arrival, he said he didn't know the size of our party. This was difficult to understand when all of the booking information, including the number and ages of the guests and my contact details, was clearly on his screen.
He also said they wouldn't contact an international number and would simply wait for us to arrive. Nobody mentioned the issue when we checked in either. Eventually, the upgrade was reduced to $81, which we accepted because we needed suitable sleeping arrangements.
What was not explained was that there would then be additional fees and taxes on top of the $81.
At checkout, I was initially told there wasn't enough left on the account to cover a $3 laundry detergent charge. I explained that we were due around $19 back from the $100 holding fee and asked them to take the $3 from that. I was then told there were additional charges and taxes for the upgrade that hadn't been explained to us when we agreed to it.
The receptionist then tried to argue that the original room was suitable for five because two children and one adult could sleep in one king-size bed.
Loved the 24 hour pool
Small rooms
The Beds !
Cleanliness behind the doors, especially in the bathroom, behind the beds, underneath the refrigerator door, as well as in the hotel hallways and stairwell.
