Please note that Lidingö Arena Hotell does not have a 24-hour front desk, but staff can be reached via a free telephone connection.

Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 10:30 on weekends. If you want breakfast earlier or later - ask the staff.

Park in secure garage, give your licenseplate to us in reception and park 24hr for 150sek.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 200 SEK per day/per pet. Please inform the property in advance for confirmation if you plan to bring a pet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Vi skulle med färjan till Finland från Värtahamnen tidigt på morgonen så läget var jättebra

Cons:

Vi kom sent, vid kl21. Personalen hade gått hem men lämnat telnr man kunde nå dem ifall det var något problem. Vi blev utelåsta från hotellrummet pga att det ena kortet var avprogrammerat, det fungerade inte hur som helst. Ringde i över en timme på de olika telefonnumren innan vi till sist fick tag på en stackare som egentligen var på semester men som tog sig tid till att hjälpa oss in på vårt rum igen. Stort tack för det! Bedrövligt dålig upplevelse överlag.

Pros:

Die Lage in Lidingö fanden wir wirklich gut und praktisch, um Stockholm zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sauber und okay, und das Personal bei der Reinigung am nächsten Morgen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war kein Personal mehr da und das gebuchte Zustellbett war nicht vorbereitet. Die angegebene Telefonnummer half trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe nicht, sodass wir uns abends selbst helfen mussten. Zum Frühstück: die Auswahl und Qualität waren enttäuschend das Brot trocken, das Rührei geschmacklos, der Käse bereits angetrocknet. Der Kaffee war dagegen wirklich gut. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind für größere Autos problematisch, da die Tiefgarage nur bis 1,90 m Höhe nutzbar ist und die Alternativen rundherum entweder stark begrenzt oder sehr teuer sind.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück war total lecker, wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Dank der super Lage einfach erreichen (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür). Wir haben uns einfach sehr wohlgefühlt, entspanntes Ambiente, unaufgeregte Atmosphäre ☺️ … herzlichen Dank 🤗

The lousiest customer service ever and very poor beds
Cons:

The “service” is a total joke, and a very bad one!
I sent a message/ inquiry in Booking.com on early checkout time and breakfast when making reservation three weeks ahead. No answer.

Another try early morning before the checkout, no answer.

Arrived before reception closing time 5.45 pm to get some answers on the above + some other things, nobody there. Phoned the staff, the line says they are busy although we see and hear the phone ringing on reception desk and of course no answer because nobody is there to help us ans they have put automatic “we are busy” message on 😂

Call another number, “the staff is busy” message again, so we left a message. No one gets back to us, so We call again later and still no answers.

So we tried several times contacting the staff, by messages, by being there at the reception during opening hours, and by phone… I have travelled in 70 countries and this was the poorest customer service ever!!!

So we ended up paying in full, but having our own breakfast at our own expense as we never received the information needed from the staff, after a bad nights sleep due to poor beds. Can not recommend this hotel at all 😞

Pros:

Bra läge för den som ska köra bil till och från Lidingö. Funkar också snabbt och lätt att ta bussen några minuter till tunnelbanan. Mycket nära CirkleK vilket är bra om man hyr bil. God frukost i trevlig inomhusmiljö. Rent och ljudisolerat.

Cons:

Väldigt förvirrad receptionist när vi var där, men ändå trevlig. En av sängens kuddar var knölig. Inget utbud av restauranger i området.

Les facilitats per fer servir les instal.lacions (per ex, per fer el check-in). El tamany de l'habitació i la dotació del bany.

Cons:

Demanàrem dos llits individuals i ens donaren llit de matrimoni. L'horari del berenar del cap de setmanes no ens va agradar. No poder berenar fins les 8:00 no ens va semblar adient. Quan entràrem el berenar no estava acabat de servir. Eren les 8:20' i seguien amb els preparatius. Quantitats insuficients per la quantitat d'hostes que hi havia a l'hotel. El menjar s'acabava i no el reposaven.

Sin atención al cliente
Cons:

El que se alojó fue mi hijo. No voy a valorar la estancia, sólo la atención que partiendo de la inexistencia de ella lo demás me sobra. Lo regenta una chica, no hay nadie más por el hotel. Le escribí 2 emails, uno por la plataforma y otro directamente mediante la dirección de email que aparece en su web, además de estar llamando cotinuamente y no coger el teléfono. Mi hijo tenía un problema y le escribí para ver si podía ayudar. No recibí respuesta alguna, me hubiera bastado un lo siento no puedo ayudaros.
También puedo decir que el desayuno termina a las 9:00, bastante pronto, te retrasas un poco y te quedas sin desayunar.

Cons:

Omöjligt att nå personal, svarar aldrig i telefon fastän man blev hänvisad till att ringa det numret som står i receptionen. Inga parkeringar utanför som man påstod fanns. Stopp i avloppet, gick inte att duscha på grund av detta. Läckage från vattenlåset. Bubblande vatten från toaletten vilket orsakade ett oljud. Och på detta luktade det avlopp i hela rummet i och med stoppet. Omöjligt att sova, checkade ut klockan 6 av sömnbrist för att ta mig vidare.

Buen hotel calidad precio
Pros:

Pilla cerca la parada del autobús y está muy bien comunicado. El desayuno está de 10 y la habitación está bien.

Cons:

No hacen la habitación y el baño la cañería huele fatal.

Pros:

The staff was excellent! Very helpful! The check-in guy and who helped us when calling the phone line when we needed assistance during our stay. Thank you!!
Very good breakfast! Close to the bus stop and some stores/ supermarket.
Overall we would definitely come back here!

Cons:

The room did not have any possibilities to hang or store clothes
The light in the room was very poor.

Buon hotel, sEnza pretese, vicino al centro
Pros:

Staff molto disponibile, buona posizione. A 15 minuti, con i mezzi, dal centro città.

Cons:

Non mi ha entusiasmato la colazione. L'arredamento, in generale, un po' vecchio e trasandato
