Pros:

Location, amenities, incredibly friendly and courteous staff. One of the best breakfast set ups I’ve experienced (and I travel frequently) Stayed here twice 23 years ago and it was better this time around

TV wasn’t user friendly and had poor viewing options

Guter Ausblick. Frühstück war alles vorhanden - die Damen beim Frühstück war toll. Es wurde immer aufgefüllt und geputzt

Cons:

Leider wurde der Pool renoviert und es gab keine Mitteilung vorher. Eine Alternative im Nachbarhotel war jedoch gewährleistet.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was close to everything, our room was very clean, and we had a beautiful river view. Breakfast was good, and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

A special shoutout to Laquaszha, who was such a joy to interact with! She was kind, professional, and genuinely sweet. Nicole and Tasha were wonderful as well.

Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Savannah!

Cons:

Timed/restricted air conditioner. Inability to truly control air conditioner settings.

The pool is currently closed due to renovations. I wish they would have let us know that before but over all still a great hotel

Was only there one day to meet up with family traveling, and it was a great location

Location was great and the views for my room of the water fabulous

Cons:

The rooftop deck with the pool was under construction so you couldn’t go up there. But I’m sure when it gets done. It will be nice for the people that are visiting at that time.

Beautiful neighborhood, close to river activities.
Pros:

Location next the the river was nice. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the valet parking. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Paying extra for a 'view' was a small bit of the river water, covered by all the buildings in front of it.

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel seemed very rundown and there were stains on the beds. We got transferred to two different rooms and both rooms had a smell and stains on the bed. It seems that they don’t change stained sheets. Some of the ceiling tiles were missing and showed insulation and wires. The room itself had some damages where wires are showing. Pool was unkept and looks old.
