I loved the location to everything we wanted to visit. Perfect view for fireworks. Staff were friendly. Overall clean hotel with everything you need for a quick trip or an extended stay.
Breakfast was okay, good variety but nothing to rave about. Of course quick food for a lot of people. Valet $48 you can park across the street for a flat rate $20 a day. The elevator setup was weird only 1 elevator took you to the pool (L) which didn’t make it easy to get there. Take the stairs.

Loved the staff and location
Personal preference, but the pillows were way too soft
This was the first time my family and I had ever booked a hotel for a mini vacation and we enjoyed everything. Location was great and close to everything that was needed. Staff was nice and caring. It was all so clean.

The valet was a great add on, even though I wish it were a little cheaper. Even with that, it was comparable with other garages in the area, but private so I felt like my car was safe. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the rooftop pool.
The towels at the pool weren't kept up, but we did travel during busy holiday

Zimmer sehr muffig !!! Alte Klimaanlage, sehr laut. Bettencover wirkten historisch. Frühstück sehr schwach. Wenig Plätze. Klebrig. Laut auf den Gängen. Insgesamt sehr einfach, halt nur 3 Sterne.... Würde nicht wieder buchen.
Location clean friendly staff
The dogs several guests had dogs and would let them alone in room and they would cry for hours

Recently stated her for one night but wish it would have been more! Pros-LOCATION because right across the river plus the hop on-hop off trolley stops right at the front door. We could walk to most of the historical attractions even in the heat. STAFF because all were lovely and so helpful especially Beverly at the desk and Miguel at the valet stand. CONCIERGE-never have seen this at a Hampton and she was so helpful. Cons-PARKING if you don’t want to pay for valet because there really was no other choice for onsite. There is a public garage close but don’t know if you would save money. Can’t wait to return!
201 E. Bay St. The atmosphere was very nice and great hospitality, the rooms were clean and inviting and the value for what you get is good.The men and women parking the cars were fantastic. Shoutout to Miguel Cosme he and my husband got along well.
