Easy in and out!
Our associate was Miguel Cosme … he was the BEST! He was very courteous and knowledgeable! That personality of his and smile sure is an asset to your place!

Great staff at the Hampton
Pros:

Miquel Cosme the valet did an excellent job. We had a bad experience with the air conditioner and he helped use move. He was so nice. He explained different parts of town and places to go to eat. He is a grand extension on the Hampton

Stop over in Savannah, Georgia
Pros:

While driving to Florida we had a planned stop over in Savannah, Georgia at the Hampton Inn Historic District Downtown. Upon our arrival we were met by Miguel Cosme, at the Valet station. Miguel was extremely professional, informative and directional. Following some of Miguel’s suggestions it made our decisions making easy and seamless. Because of Miguel, our stay was increased 10 fold and I even had a fried bologna sandwich which brought back so many great childhood memories. Thanks Miguel!

Recommend!
Pros:

Nice, clean and comfy room.

Cons:

During our stay, one of the elevators was out of order, and waiting for the next one was a waste of time, so we preferred to take the stairs; unfortunately, they were located far away at the other end of the hallway.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Only stayed one night but excellent hotel. Good breakfast, clean comfortable room, very friendly staff. No problems.

Great location would stay again but had bad experience
Pros:

The location is fantastic and the lobby is beautiful. Breakfast was decent, waffles are always a hit.

Cons:

The elevators were both broken while we were there which wasn’t a huge problem except when we had our luggage, but we checked into our room which was great but the AC was broken and stunk really bad, so we had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately they moved us to a much smaller Pet friendly room, but we didn’t realize it until we came back from our event later in the evening and they said they didn’t have anything else and my son and I have allergies and we couldn’t breathe through our noses during the stay. It would have been nice to have been asked if a pet friendly room was ok.

Savannah was great!! We stayed at Hampton by Hilton on Bay Street. Perfect location and amazing staff. Especially Miquel Cosmo.
