Staff and employees talk to were very good and nice.

Cons:

Person next to me or above me had a child or something running from one side of the room to the other past my normal bedtime. 9:30-10.

We really enjoyed the room very nice and clean lots of amenities we even like the location. we liked the breakfast in the morning. Staff was good the room was nice and clean.

The staff was amazing.

Cons:

We didn't know it would be under construction at the time of our stay. Some of the amenities were closed ie fitness center.
It should be noted that it will be great once the construction is complete.

Lots of block routes in the building. Frustrating and hard with my conditions.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Clean. Needs to disclose it is under construction so informed decision can be made and offer discounts for the inconvenience and frustration of dealing with limited options for getting to hotel room on 3rd floor with chronic illness issues.

Cons:

Undisclosed construction. Discount should have been offered. Wait for elevator was frustrating, and due to my medical conditions, taking the stairs is hard. As it is with standing still waiting for elevator is as well.

Cons:

Other guest were very loud after 11pm, breakfast wasn't as good as in the past, and I feel the construction was left a bit messy on second floor where they weren't really working.
