The location is far from the town center, making restaurant choices very limited. The price for the hotel restaurant is at the high end.
The hotel room has some smell when we checked in. The ventilation is not working well.
El desayuno estuvo muy bien, incluso se nos ofrecía aumentar pan o café si lo queríamos. Era muy completo y nutritivo.
Es un hotel interesante, por el diseño especial que tiene.
La ubicación no es la mejor. El acceso es a través de una vía no asfaltada y queda bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad.

O hotel é lindo, em especial para crianças. As comidas do restaurante são uma delícia.
O atendimento é muito ruim, impensável para um hotel tão lindo; a mesma pessoa fica na recepção e ajuda na cozinha. Além disso, as pessoas que atendem no restaurante ficam sempre dentro da cozinha, dificultando que façamos os pedidos. Por fim, tive a sensação de ser enganada tentar pedir uma garrafa de vinho - não me deixaram ver o cardápio e me informaram um preço extorsivo.

Falta más espacios verdes, en las fotos se veía mucho más amplio que en la realidad.
Bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad, la única posibilidad es ir a comprar es en vehículo.

When I check in they charged extra $20 for my child and breakfast for kids is very limited too much pricey for the facilities not recommended for families I was scammed

Wow, we really loved this hotel. I had been waiting a couple of years to visit Peru and specifically stay here and it was everything I hoped for and more! The rooms are decorated beautifully, with lots of colourful accents and coloured lights. The gardens are so pretty with all different flowers, very peaceful too - it was a lovely place to sit and relax. Once the sun had gone in, there were lots of comfortable places to sit inside too. We ate dinner in the hotel which was beautifully decorated. Portions were large and it tasted lovely. The shower was powerful and shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There were also radiators in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully plated. There are a couple of different choices for each course. We ordered the night before as we had limited time to eat. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Amazing place to stay!
Pool was too cold to swim in.
