Viaje inolvidable
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo completo, el almuerzo y cena tenía una carta reducida y muy elaborada; sin embargo, para mi menor hija sí pudieron prepararle algo simple y sencillo.
El hotel tiene un diseño particular, peculiar, que fue lo primero que captó nuestra atención para elegirlo.

Cons:

La piscina que tiene el hotel tiene agua helada, podría temperarse y con ello mantener más emoción en los turistas.
No hay bodegas cercanas en la zona, tal vez podría contar con algún tipo de máquinas de snack o tener una tienda pequeña para el consumo.

I would give it an excellent rating except for the noise.
Pros:

It is very quirky with a lovely garden area and a small indoor pool. Rooms were lovely and exceptionally clean. Staff were very attentive.

Cons:

It was very noisy. The hotel is all open plan so you can hear all the footsteps, doors opening and closing and all the guest and staff talking.

Pros:

Hotel original, très agréable, lit très confortable et douche très agréable avec de l'eau chaude très appréciable. Jacuzzi très agréable aussi. Fenêtre avec rideau donc très appréciable le matin. C'était une vraie source de repos parmis notre roadtrip fatiguant. Plein de lumières qui permettent de mettre l'ambiance tamisée que l'on veut. Cette chambre était un vrai havre de paix.
Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.

Cons:

Le repas du soir au restaurant n'est pas super bon et c'est trop cher pour ce que c'est surtout vu les prix globaux au Pérou. L'attente était longue pour les plats et les boissons sont arrivés presque pour le dessert...
Pour l'accès c'est un défit, nous y sommes allés en taxi et heureusement, c'est aussi ce qui fait son charme mais quasi impossible d'y aller soi même vu la route de cailloux, je vous conseille de vous faire amener.

Hidden fees and charges and nasty sheets.

The decor was unique, shower was hot and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Some major issues. The sheets were stained and nasty. Check pictures. We paid in advance for 2 days because it has a jacuzzi and pool. We made a reservation for the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was barely warm with cold in the bottom. The pool was cold. There was absolutely no mention of the $20 dollar per person charge ($40 U.S.) for a 20 minute barely warm tub. We would not have done the spa had we known about the cost. The dinner service was bad. One and a half hours to get our food which had no flavor and made me sick. We had a second floor room and caught an employee looking in the window while my wife was in the shower. We wanted to cancel our second day and they would not refund our money. Very bad location up a narrow bumpy dirt road.

Mágica estancia.
Pros:

En el Valle Sagrado todo es mágico. El Hotel es muy bonito, su arquitectura, los espacios, celebramos el cumpleaños de nuestra amiga junto a una fogata y bajo las estrellas. El desayuno de lujo y abundante. Realmente dan experiencias muy reconfortantes. La zona de yoga, la piscina que aunque no era temperada valía la pena disfrutar. El personal muy amable y atento. Nos encantó.
