Amazing, really loved it

Wow, we really loved this hotel. I had been waiting a couple of years to visit Peru and specifically stay here and it was everything I hoped for and more! The rooms are decorated beautifully, with lots of colourful accents and coloured lights. The gardens are so pretty with all different flowers, very peaceful too - it was a lovely place to sit and relax. Once the sun had gone in, there were lots of comfortable places to sit inside too. We ate dinner in the hotel which was beautifully decorated. Portions were large and it tasted lovely. The shower was powerful and shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There were also radiators in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully plated. There are a couple of different choices for each course. We ordered the night before as we had limited time to eat. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Amazing place to stay!

Cons:

Pool was too cold to swim in.

Pasaku namiņš.
Pros:

Fantastiska vieta. Pasaku namiņš ar skaistu dārzu un atpūtas zonām. Ļoti laipns personāls, ar visu izpalīdzēt. Garšīgs ēdiens.

Cons:

Vienīgais mīnuss- patālu no centra, bet ir iespēja izsaukt taksometru.

Buena estancia, pero con algunos riesgos
Pros:

La arquitectura y decoración son bellísimas. Además, el personal es muy amable. El desayuno es completo y agradable. 😁

Cons:

No había espacio para guardar cosas (armarios), y la seguridad en la piscina, ya que mi hija pequeña se cortó levemente en los pies (nada grave), pero creemos que las losas podrían estar levantadas, por lo que es importante revisar la piscina.

Las instalaciones y el desayuno muy rico

Cons:

La atención de una senorita encargada, quien nos pidió que abandonaramos la piscina, después de estar varias horas, porque llegaron otros clientes, no nos quizo dar la atención del jacuzzi, realmente sentí discriminación por ser venezolana de parte de la senorita encargada, se debe prestar buena atención a todos los clinientes...
