Location was great. Right next to the hospital my husband was in. A quick 5 minute walk and I was there. Massive bonus for me as I hadn't driven in Phoenix before so it meant I could leave the car and do what I needed to do on foot.
The breakfast was great & delicious but I didn't like how I had to pay extra for parking.

Needed to be in this area and did not want to pay too much so this seemed like the best choice. The hotel is a little dated and worn down. There was also a lot a construction in the area and helicopters landing at the hospital so it was noisy but livable. Parking was extra. The breakfast was typical for these types of hotels. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and the room was reasonably clean. Price was also reasonable. There seemed to be a large number of individuals they we had business at the hospital so location was pretty good.

We found our room well furnished and clean. Customer service with Erika and April was excellent. We would recommend Hampton Inn to others.
The property is my go to when we have to visit St. Joseph’s hospital or the surrounding offices. The facility is the cleanest I have ever stayed at around the area and in Phoenix and the surrounding cities. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Just that the bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans but that’s not a deal breaker. Most hotels don’t.
Was visiting a friend in hospital, so I just walked across the street , was so convenient
