Excellent Customer Service

Perfect location for a visit to the hospital, super clean hotel and a friendly team of staff.
Pros:

The property is my go to when we have to visit St. Joseph’s hospital or the surrounding offices. The facility is the cleanest I have ever stayed at around the area and in Phoenix and the surrounding cities. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just that the bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans but that’s not a deal breaker. Most hotels don’t.

Doesn't compare well to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at.
Pros:

I didn't have time to use the workout room, but I went inside for a look and it's very nice.

Cons:

I asked for rooms far from the elevator and they gave us two rooms exactly next to the elevator. There was a reading light on only one side of the king bed--why??? At breakfast, the oatmeal and mini-scones were good but the omelettes were not edible--they were really hard and rubbery. I've stayed at other Hampton Inns that were really nice, so I was surprised at the condition of this one. It made the $10/night fee for parking harder to swallow.

Pros:

The services and the clean pool and hot tub and the 12 o'clock checkout time . The area seemed to be quiet and you can't hear all the city traffic noise . Overall I was very happy with my stay .
