Underwhelming! I booked this hotel because they offered an airport shuttle and I’m a fan of Hampton inn’s. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and there is no shuttle but a Lyft came to pick me up. No problem it was free. Once I get to the hotel to check in the lady wasn’t very friendly, she didn’t even acknowledge my status, but she tells me there are no rooms available atm. Then voila out of no where housekeeping shows a room available (not the one I selected on the app). Again no problem. The person she checked in before me she tells them about breakfast times and hotel amenities etc., for me she says read the info stapled inside the key card booklet. I did receive my free water thanks Hilton. The next morning same terrible customer service. No good morning no thank you just 2 employees having a personal conversation acting as if the customers are bothering them. Do better!!

Blinds were broken. No privacy. Staff did nothing to fix the problem. Did not offer to fix, move or offer any refunds. Won't be back.

Bathroom smelled so awful like mold and feces. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, there was no fan.

Stayed a total of four nights (two visits) in April. The best part of this hotel is the staff who are cheerful, kind and efficient. Prices are not cheap:. We paid $200- $300 a night during our stays. Unfortunately this hotel is being run on a shoe string with many areas showing neglect such as lighting throughout the building that is dim and yellow and hallways that are under-air conditioned with worn carpeting. We stayed in two different rooms and both of them could have used a deep cleaning. The towels and linens were worn and the bed was extremely hard. Pillows smelled musty and old. The in-room lighting was insufficient with low wattage bulbs at the desk and bedside. The wall air conditioning was very noisy and the window shades were either completely broken or malfunctioning.
We are Hilton Honors members and have had Diamond status in the past. Hampton Inn’s have been our preferred hotels while traveling, so we’ve stayed in many across the country. In our opinion, this hotel was not representative of a brand we have come to trust for consistent, comfortable, clean rooms at a reasonable price.
No longer shuttle service. They use Lift. Small grocery store very poor frozen meal selection. Bathroom barn doors avail no privacy and difficult to slide

We got stranded in Phoenix, and the airline put us up in this room. I was very ill, and the room was large, clean and restful. This is the newest and largest Hampton Inn that I've stayed in. It's quality is more like a Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was kind and efficient.
Location was good. Clean hotel. Didn’t partake in breakfast because of an early flight. Have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past and had a comfortable bed. This bed was absolutely HORRIBLE! I felt like I was sleeping on the floor!
