Staff was outstanding, location was amazing.
Room smelled like mold and our clothes actually were damp when we left.
I liked the location and the bed was comfortable. The employee at the front desk in the morning/ day time was pleasant and gave us complimentary waters.
1) I didn't like that we had to ask staff 2x once by phone and the second by walking to the desk that night for extra wash cloths to be given any. Not sure why hotels think 1 wash cloth is enough to do the job. 2) We had to pay $10 a day to park in their parking lot. Never had to pay for parking when I already paid the hotel to stay there? 3) The TV in our room did not work. 4) One of the reasons I decided on this room was due to the description saying you can pay at the hotel. However, I was charged before I even arrived.
I always stay here when I fly out early. A thunderstorm blew up & the rain was blowing in my room window. I called maintenance & they looked at it but no room change or repair. That doesn't deter me from staying there again though.

No complaints
An in house cafe would have been nice for meals other than the breakfast buffet..I didn't need a car as used the van to/from the airport, and was picked p for meetings by a colleague..
Only critique is I booked for 2 nights but due to flight cancellations I missed the first night and I couldn't get any kind of refund or anything. Other than that everything was great

Clean property with shuttle service to local mall and airport. Quiet surroundings. Nice to see a recycle bin on site even though some people unfortunately put their trash in these bins
Did not apply for our stay but surprised to see $10/ nightly parking for an airport hotel.
