Not what I expected
Pros:

Great location. Property was in good condition. Stayed 4 nights Monday to Friday. Front desk staff was pretty good. Room had the double door for rooms to be joined, very loud when children were next door. Even when was occupied by adults. Digital Clock was missing some digits, top bedspread was thread bare, toilet did not always shut off on its own. Four nights and not one day was the room made up, even though sign said housekeeping is every other day. Oh, I forgot to mention I bought some items like a soda and crackers, appears all items are $5 each. My next visit in a month or so I will try another hotel.

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

The beds were the worst, like laying on plywood. I booked the hotel because of the hot tub, thought it would be nice to relax after a long day of travel only to find it was out of order. The hotel is run down, smelly & falling apart.

for all my stay not once, somebody come to pick up the trash at least change towel or refill shower gel

Believe it or not, room was a bit cold when we walked in. Maybe keep at 73 before check-in

We were especially pleased that a staff member helped us with directions and orientation to the area. That helped us go to visit a friend in Pittsford.

Good choice for tired travelers
Pros:

After a very long drive, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, clean and comfy with such pleasant staff. A nice quick breakfast, seems to be plenty of parking, and pet friendly. A good stop for the future, too!
