Checking in and out was a breeze. Pretty comfortable
Pros:

I like all the food options that are near by. Also having a crib for my toddler was a very nice amenity.

Cons:

I wish that the lobby had a bottled milk option in the snack area. Our room’s bathroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan

Cons:

The biggest problem was the lack of communication between Booking.com and hotel, which cost me an extra $150. Im in the process of reaching out to Mr. Ben Harrell.

Excellent
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The space was ample. The rooms were clean. the staff was very friendly. The location is excellent, next to Mall and lots of spots to find something to eat

Cons:

Elevator is located at one end of the building, so there is some walk to get to rooms to the other end.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Great location. Property was in good condition. Stayed 4 nights Monday to Friday. Front desk staff was pretty good. Room had the double door for rooms to be joined, very loud when children were next door. Even when was occupied by adults. Digital Clock was missing some digits, top bedspread was thread bare, toilet did not always shut off on its own. Four nights and not one day was the room made up, even though sign said housekeeping is every other day. Oh, I forgot to mention I bought some items like a soda and crackers, appears all items are $5 each. My next visit in a month or so I will try another hotel.

Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

The beds were the worst, like laying on plywood. I booked the hotel because of the hot tub, thought it would be nice to relax after a long day of travel only to find it was out of order. The hotel is run down, smelly & falling apart.

We were especially pleased that a staff member helped us with directions and orientation to the area. That helped us go to visit a friend in Pittsford.
