Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Miła obsługa, czysto w pokojach. Klimat swojskiego hoteliku. Na uwagę zasługuje darmowy barek w pokojach i dostępny stale poczęstunek przy barze. Polecam

Płatny parking. Uważam, że goście nie powinni uiszczać takiej opłaty.

Pros:

Empfangspersonal sehr freundlich, Der Empfang war freundlich und eine junge nette Dame erklärte uns das Hotelprocedere bei der Ankunft. Bis jetzt alles positiv.

Cons:

Da wir nur eine Nacht ( Kulturveranstaltung) gebucht haben, hatte ich auch noch das rote Schild an die Türe außen gehängt, wollte ein wenig ausschlafen. Um acht Uhr morgen klopfte der Roomservice an und schrie „Housekeeping“!! Der junge Mann verstand nicht das wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten!.

Im Bad unter dem Waschtisch waren auch noch Haare vom Vormieter, der Vorhang war einseitig runtergerissen, und der Teppichboden hatte auch Flecken.

Sorry liebes Managment das ist ein weiteres no go, Personaltraining wäre angebracht.

Lage ist gut, alles sauber

Cons:

Personal beim Frühstück schien überfordert und daher nicht sehr freundlich im Umgang mit den Gästen.
Rechnung konnte nicht ausgedruckt werden. Leider bekam ich sie, wie versprochen, auch nicht per Mail zugesendet. Erst nach mehrmaligem nachfragen bekam ich meine Rechnung. Als Geschäftsreisender ist dies ein sehr wichtiger Punkt für mich und daher ein Ausschlusskriterum.
