Lovely weekend in elegant hotel with excellent facilities and service.
Pros:

Beautiful art deco hotel with lovely grounds and facilities. Excellent breakfast and delicious Devonshire tea in the lounge. Staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. Just enjoyed sitting sipping tea snd enjoying the vibe. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Great accommodation but disappointing room service.
Pros:

Location is great near the lake. The room was outstanding - it was a suite. Very modern and quiet.

Cons:

The room service was awful. It was stingy and the barramundi did not look anything like it did on the menu. Couldn’t eat the accompanying thing they put with it. It should come potatoes and vegetables for the price they asked for.

A faultless stay with exceptional service - the perfect way to unwind after skiing.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived until our departure, every single staff member provided exceptional service - absolutely faultless. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels in Australia. The incredibly comfortable beds and wonderful buffet breakfast were highlights, and the perfect way to unwind after a few days of skiing. It topped off a wonderful weekend and my kids were absolutely raving about it. Thank you! 🙏

Cons:

A shop selling swimmers would have been appreciated, as we forgot to bring ours and the pool looked fantastic. A small souvenir shop would also have been lovely, as the kids wanted something to remember the trip by. Otherwise, nothing - we hope to visit again sooner rather than later.
