Absolutely Amazing Experience
Pros:

From the moment we walked in, the reception was warm, friendly, and efficient. The accommodations were great and even checking out was a breeze! I had a king size bed and the room was quite spacious. There was a cooler instead of a fridge, but it was sufficient. The view was AMAZING! The hotel was also in a great location. We were able to walk to really nice restaurants for our meals. And the landscape was breathtaking! I absolutely loved staying there!

Convenient and quiet
Pros:

This Hyatt is so convenient to the Convention center, literally the closest! Very quiet and clean. Bathroom was spotless, bed was very comfortable and pillows were nice. Surprisingly low traffic in the area so easy to get around. I loved the fast elevators!!

This hotel was amazing! The entire facility was very clean, the staff were friendly and the food was great! 😊 The location was very convenient for our conference and I loved that I could walk indoors to all the places I needed to be.

Pros:

Loved the room and the space, however, the lighting in the rooms was not great and iot was hard to find a space to blow dry my hair when another person was in the bathroom. The room was lacking mirrors and outlets and lighting.

Great stay and looking forward to next year!
Pros:

Location was wonderful being connected to McCormick center. Short walk to Lakeside and the Crown Theater. Staff was wonderful and helpful. My room was extra clean and well appointed. It was a short walk to Chinatown and to the L station.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The Hyatt was super convenient when attending our conference at McCormick Place. Just a short walk over and when it rained, they had a covered walkway, which was really nice.

They have fruited water available in the lobby to use the whole time and their restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient and delicious.

When requesting items, they were brought to our room very promptly and the lotion and shower amenities smelled delightful.

Also very close to downtown Chicago, just a 10 minute uber or taxi.

Pros:

Rooms are fantastic and have been recently renovated. The staff is amazing and super helpful and nice! The Market is super convenient to pick up a quick breakfast or snacks!!

Loved the free parking as you are a guest of the hotel. Hotel is near lots of things to do & see.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and nice location..
We took our grandson who turned 7 for his birthday. We went downtown and ate people and took him to see the new Toy Stony 5 movie not far from the hotel. It was nice weather and we just enjoyed our weekend birthday getaway. Our grandson had an excellent time.

The room was very nice, and the beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect location for a concert at Soldier Field!

The room was nice and it was a good location.

Cons:

It was not easy to navigate. Leaving and trying to get to the overflow parking garage across the street was confusing; it wasn’t labeled well.

Perfect for a conference at McCormick Place
Pros:

Nice hotel connected to McCormick Place. Loved having fruit water in the lobby. Room was quiet. Comfy bed. Nice shower. The area needs more restaurants in walking distance though. The hotel bar charges too much for drinks. I paid $22 for a small glass of wine.

Smell
Pros:

South tower rooms smell like toxic varnish / glue. My head hurt the entire next day. When asked to change rooms they knew about the smell and didn’t offer to help me move my stuff. Major inconvenience. True to a hotel trying to look fancier than it is, you have no access to a luggage cart without a bellman.
