Pricey but Quality room great location

Great location clean rooms

Cons:

Front desk staff was not friendly/or helpful specifically a male at the front- asking a simple question seemed like it was bothersome.

Pros:

Stayed because we were going to bears game. Very convenient . We were able to park in their garage before even checking in. The walk to the game was about 2 miles. Everything was spotless. Beds were extremely comfortable, I even wanted to steal one of their pillows they were so comfy. We will stay again. And we got a bonus. We could aee Soldier Field from our room.

Wonderful
Pros:

Parking garage at the hotel. View of Lake Michigan. Check in was great. My room was spotless. I left my room attendant, Lisa, a $20 tip. Great accommodations! I will be back!

This hotel was clean, classy, luxurious, and convenient.
Pros:

My fiancé and I loved the walk ability to solider field ! It was about a 10 minute walk from our hotel ! It also had a few markets close by as well as an in hotel market that was open until 11pm! The shower was also probably the best we have had hotel wise !

Cons:

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my fiancé as he tosses and turns in his sleep and it was a little firmer than he likes as well as the motion lights bothering him.

We stayed for the BTS concert and HYATT DOES NOT DISSAPOINT!
Pros:

The property is very well organized and it has a great bell desk where door dash can drop off your orders if you order in after a busy day in the city! They also let you park your car if you arrive before check in and will text you when your room is ready it’s a great place!

Cons:

I felt like the wait in the lines took a while and I hope in the future it could possibly go faster
