I would classify it as medium range hotel not the most sophisticated, but it can meet a persons needs for a short stay.
Pros:

They upgraded us to a suite so the room was very comfortable. The check in was actually very easy

Cons:

The parking was a problem is Shabbat ended they’re asking me to move my car which I couldn’t so I had to have some random person with my car for me, which was just an inconvenience. The pool was improperly supervised as people were putting chairs wherever they wanted, and it was way overcrowded with children and noise and music on Shabbat.

Pros:

We had an absolutely amazing 4-day stay at this hotel and are leaving with memories that will last a lifetime. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded upon arrival, which made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help.

The breakfast was outstanding—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options. It was the perfect way to start each day.

The hotel’s location is also excellent, just steps away from the tram station, making it easy to get around and explore the city.

A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so unforgettable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

Cons:

If we had to mention one small point for improvement, it would be the hotel restaurant. While the food was good, the menu was a little limited, and we would have appreciated a few more options. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience, which was excellent.

הגענו ללילה אחד ממש מאוחר בלילה , רצינו לנצל את הבוקר לישון אבל מהשעה שבע בבוקר כל 40 דקות השירות חדרים דפקו לנו בדלת ונכנסו והעירו אותנו כל כך הרבה פעמים למרות ששילמנו על לילה אחד, בכל מלון שהייתי בחיים לא מגיעים לשירות חדרים באותו בוקר שאנשים אמורים לעשות צ׳ק אאוט ולכן גם לא שמנו על הדלת לא להפריע
