מאכזב מאוד

מלון נחמד , שירות אדיב

Cons:

החדר חייב שיפוץ דחוף , שטיח הרצפה של החדר מאובק וישן מאוד , הדלת הייתה לא תקינה ברמה שלוקח 2 דק בכל פעם לדאוג שהיא סגורה כמו שצריך , השטיח של המסדרון בין החדרים מסריח ומעופש. לא היה מגהץ בחדר מגהץ בקומה .

שירות ברמה מאוד נמוכה.
ביקשנו מים לחדר אין מענה בקבלה במשך 20 דק ועד שכבר ענו אמרו שישלחו ולא שלחו כלום. גם לאחר שחייגנו שוב ושוב לא הביאו בקבוק מים.
אין מכונת קפה בחדר ולא הורשנו להכין קפה בחדר האוכל.
המזגן לא פעל כמו שצריך בחדר.
ביקשנו מיטה זוגית קיבלנו שתי מיטות נפרדות.
חבל אנחנו למלון הזה לא נחזור!

קיבלנו חדר לזוג עם תינוק בן חודשיים
לידנו היו מלא משפחות עם ילדים גדולים יותר
לא היה ניתן לישון בשום שעה כי היה מלא רעש
מעבר לזה נתנו לנו חדר ואחרי שעה וחצי נתנו את החדר שלנו לעוד משפחה בטעות ופשוט הם נכנסו אלינו לחדר בגלל פשלה של הקבלה מרוב עומס
בחיים לא ניתקלחתי בטעות כזו
מזל שהייתי בחדר ולא נכנסו שלא היינו שם

Cons:

חרר האוכל הומה אדם, שולחנות וכסאות אינם נקיים . רדיפה אחרי הצוות בניקוי הכסאות והשולחנות. אבל זה לרוב כי האורחים מלכלכים ומזלזלים.
