המחיר של הטיפולים מאוד יקר, ראיתי גוק במקלחת בלילה ונכנסה לנו מהמרפסת כנראה פרת משה רבנו.

חוויה מעולה למשפחה עם ילדים
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת, הצוות מקסים, החדר נקי ומרווח. קיבלנו שירות ומענה תמיד ובזמן הנכון. מועדון הילדים העסיק את הילדים וכנל גם לגבי המתנפחים בבריכה.

Cons:

יש אישורים במלון שדורשים שיפוץ ותחזוקה כי הם ישנים ומדיפים ריח רע. למשל איזור המלתחות החיצוניות.

זה לא מלון זה אולי בית הארחה לא יודע איך הוא חמש כוכבים.. אחרי שבע שנים שאנחנו מתארחים במלונות דן זאת הפעם האחרונה שלנו

לצערינו שום דבר!

החדרים היו זוועה, ברמה מינוס מבחינת תחזוקה, ריח מגעיל מהמסדרון והחדרים, כשנכנסו החדרים לא היו נקיים, היה פיפי באמבטיה ושיערות על הרצפה, חלק מהריהוט מצב עגום, השירות על ידי הצוות היה גרוע מאוד, לא מצאו את הדברים שלנו שעתיים וזה אחרי שהתקשרנו כמה פעמים לקבלה, הזמנו 2 חדרים וביקשנו גם לפני שיהיו צמודים והבטיחו לנו… מסתבר שהן לא היו צמודים למרות שצויין ונאמר יום לפני שהגענו שאנחנו עם ילדים קטנים
ביקשנו שיבואו לנקות שוב את החדר של הילדים השני והם ניקו חפיף שזה עדיין נשאר מגעיל, לא השתמשנו בו במהלך החופשה לבסוף.
לא נחזור לעולם למלון הזה, אנחנו 7 שנים מתארחים בחגים במלונות דן וזה המלון המגעיל ביותר שהתארחנו בו, מאכזב ממש…

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Very good hotel. Maintaining it's high standards over the years. Big and comfortable room with all amenities. We were also upgraded to a nicer room which was fantastic. Breakfast very good by Israeli hotel standard. Large nice pool for relaxing.

Cons:

Staff could have been more kind. Some smiles would be appreciated. Room was not perfectly clean as expected. Location- a bit far from center but good public transportation within a few minutes walk.
