Ik ga er zeker terug als ik ooit terugkeer naar Sicilië- want Monreale is een must op Sicilië!!!!
Pros:

Prachtig gerenoveerd met mooie kwaliteitsvolle materialen. Er is echt tijd en energie ingestoken. Zeer correcte en vriendelijke ontvangst van Giuseppe via whatsapp . Duidelijke instructies om binnen te geraken in het gebouw.

Cons:

Een klein nadeel (maar ik was vooraf geïnformeerd) … is dat het voor oudere en minder sportieve benen iets moeilijker is om het gebouw te bereiken. Vele huizen zijn zonder straat trappen moeilijk te bereiken 🤷‍♀️

Full of pros and cons
Pros:

Actually, I can't decide, if I rather like it or not, it was just such an experience! It is placed under the top of a super steep hill, so the view and the air is great. The building is nicely renovated, very clean, you can have a breakfast. In the room is everything necessary like soap, towels, bed linen,... The staff was helpful and the price was great. Location is full of art and nice places to eat or to have a drink.

Cons:

BUT, I was dying scared all the way up and down the steep hill in the car, the parking was at the public place - paid additionally 20€/ day, and we had to climb up more yet by feet with the luggage. And then we saw the steepest and highest stair ever! Again up the 2 floors with the luggage, but there was no view, there are other buildings and super noisy locals and a parrot and sth like water pump all the night long. About the breakfast you must inform a day before what you wish to eat, how much, and the precise time - that's strange for me once I'm on vacation.. and we paid additionally city tax...

Pros:

La colazione era ottima e abbondante, molto buoni sia i cornetti che il cappuccino. La camera era perfettamente pulita e in ordine. Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro storico di Monreale.

Cons:

Per raggiungere la mia camera al secondo piano bisognava salire 20/25 gradini molto alti e stretti, dunque da valutare attentamente se si viaggia con persone anziane o con difficoltà motorie.

Die Lage in der Altstadt war abenteuerlich

Cons:

Keine Parkmöglichkeit, jedoch war der Marsch quer durch die Altstadt zum Auto sehr interessant und zum Ausladen konnte man kurz vor der Unterkunft halten

Pros:

Super Lage nahe am Dom! Viele hilfreiche Informationen im Vorfeld per WhatsApp. Dankbar waren wir über die Organisation des Parkplatzes in der Nähe des Domes und die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck früh in der Wohnung abzustellen. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Kommunikation mit Guiseppe war perfekt. Über das gekühlte Wasser im Zimmer und die kleine Kaffeemaschine haben wir uns gefreut. Eine der drei Restaurant Tipps haben wir wahrgenommen und waren begeistert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und sehr sauber und neu. Vermieterin war sehr nett und aufmerksam! Wir hatten auch eine große Terrasse. Man konnte sich mit Getränken,Kaffee ,Tee frei bedienen. Obst stand auch für uns bereit.Zum Stand 10 Autominuten ,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind gleich um die Ecke . Frühstück war ausreichend ,man ging auf unsere Wünsche ein . Sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Pros:

Très gentil renseignements très fiable et agréable. Logement propre

Cons:

Accessibilité juste pas pratique pour des personnes ne pouvant pas marcher correctement. Pour nous ça été mais peut être le préciser pour les PMR.
