Aspettative non completamente soddisfatte
Pros:

Zona tranquilla, letto molto comodo.

Cons:

L’appartamento era nel complesso accogliente, ma ho riscontrato alcune mancanze. Durante il soggiorno faceva molto caldo e la presenza di soli due ventilatori, in assenza di aria condizionata, non è stata sufficiente a garantire un adeguato comfort. Inoltre, ho trovato poco fornita la dotazione del bagno: solitamente nelle strutture ricettive è presente almeno il bagnoschiuma, mentre era disponibile soltanto il sapone per le mani. Sarebbe utile prestare più attenzione a questi dettagli per migliorare l’esperienza degli ospiti.

A Monreale, vicini al Duomo
Pros:

La struttura è ricavata in una dimora storica del centro, molto vicina al Duomo e alla piazza annessa, Siamo stati ospitati in una camera grande, arredata in maniera moderna, con un materasso molto confortevole. Del pari moderno il bagno, ampio e con sauna privata. La colazione è stata curata e abbondante, con prodotti di qualità sia per il dolce che per il salato. Educata e discreta la presenza della Proprietà e della Collaboratrice, alla quale, per la dedizione riservataci, va tutto il nostro ringraziamento.

Cons:

La struttura è carina e ben inserita nel contesto, ma va segnalata la presenza di una scala di accesso alle stanze che rende il soggiorno difficile in caso di ridotta mobilità.

Pros:

The location of the accommodation is excellent. It is situated in the charming narrow streets typical of the area, making it easy to weave your way quickly to the cathedral square, where you can admire the breathtaking mosaics.

The house is located away from the main road, so it is not easy to reach by car. However, there is a paid parking lot about 400 meters away where you can conveniently leave your vehicle.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and communication with the hosts was pleasant and friendly.

Good value for money
Pros:

The price is more than reasonable and offers excellent value for money. The room is fairly basic but relatively clean. Breakfast was generous and satisfying. The only slightly annoying part was having to choose what you wanted for breakfast the day before and specify the exact time you would arrive. It's a minor inconvenience, but when you're on holiday, it feels a bit restrictive. Overall, it's a good place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Cons:

There are many stairs leading to the property, as well as several flights of stairs inside the building. However, this was clearly stated in advance, so it wasn't a surprise. The room also had a noticeable musty smell, suggesting some dampness.
