Gastvrij verblijf en een fantastische stad.
Pros:

Mooie locatie, attent en vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een jubileum en daar werd op correct wijze aandacht aan besteed met een fles Champagne.

Super beliggenhed, nemt at komme til med bil. Værelserne indeholder det der skal til og er rummelige.

Cons:

Lidt out-dated hotel, trænger til modernisering.

Short visit. Hotel had some good points but a lot of weaknesses.
Pros:

My three days stay had its ups and downs. On the first night, when we returned, tired, to the room we discovered one of the beds was defective. It was swaying, heat to feet direction. Turned out the bed was defective, one wheel was missing. We raised hell. This was 9.30pm. A staff member came up, thankfully. Explained they could not repair this bed. Instated we were offered a room on the Club floor. So far, so good. After a couple of hours in the room newly assigned, we realised the airconditioning was not working. Again, summoned someone one. This was 1.30am! They could not repair it; they did bring in a standing fan. That was hardly any compensation. Next morning in the shower, the handle of the tap came off!
I have to say that when summoned a staff member responded rapidly. There is a bigger issue in this hotel - my view. They seem not to have a systematic check of rooms prepared to receive their guests. This is a serious lapse. In other words, quality control is not being implemented.
I will say the staff at the front desk, the waiters at their restaurant (Mitte) were all polite. No issue there. It's the lack of a systematic quality control which is bad for this hotel. Needs more stringent inspection of facilities.

Cons:

As in my earlier remark, a systematic check to ensure all aspects of a room are working. Did not like losing time to get staff to come up and see defects. Did not like losing sleep for the better part of one night.
