La posizione della struttura é centrata perché si trova a pochi passi dalla Potzdamer Bahnhof. Collegata in maniera eccellente con tutta la città sia in superficie che in metropolitana, nonché con l’aeroporto, dove c’è un treno diretto.

Cons:

La hall é molto buia. La proposta della carta del ristorante un pó limitata.

Auch unser zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel hat uns wieder außerordentlich gut gefallen: Tolle zentrale Lage am Potsdamer Platz, erstklassiger und freundlicher Service, schönes sauberes Zimmer, schöner Wellness-Bereich.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass die 2 Wasserflaschen im.Zimmer an zwei Tagen nicht aufgefüllt wurde.

Ein tolles, sehr gastfreundliches Haus mit hohem Wohlfühl-Faktor.

Die Lage war für uns optimal, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sowie das Hotel insgesamt sehr modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Frühstück war großartig und wir konnten auch den Wellnessbereich genießen.

Cons:

Am zweiten Morgen haben wir beim Frühstück wohl die Schicht mit vielen Azubis "erwischt" und es dauerte sehr lange, bis wir zur Kenntnis genommen wurden, auch bei dem Versuch, etwas nachzubestellen. Es fehlte der Blick zu den Gästen, wenn vorzugsweise Tische abgeräumt wurden oder von einem Tisch nach einer Bestellung weggegangen wurde. Das sehr junge Personal wirkte unsicher, was an sich gut zu verstehen ist, und für uns war nicht ersichtlich, dass eine erfahrene Servicekraft den Überblick hatte und regulierend eingegriffen hätte. Das wäre sicher unterstützend gewesen.

Pros:

Major contributing factor to enjoying our week in Berlin - breakfast buffet is top 5 for me in terms of quality of food, allergy management was brilliant. Pool and facilities never felt crowded even on Saturday when hotel was full. Would stay again anytime. Vox also an excellent restaurant and destination I it’s own right
