Overall great experience
Pros:

I came with my family and the experience was unlike any other, the staff was very friendly and went beyond our expectations to make sure we felt satisfied. Mr Adel,Mr Morsey and Nada all are great staff members who truly care about their patrons. The hotel rooms were also very clean, spacious and modern.
