Pros:

Mitten im Zentrum. Alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir haben als Familie das grosse Appartement bekommen anstatt das Familienzimmer. So hatten wir sehr viel Platz.

Pros:

Die Lage ist echt mega gut. Man hat ein sehr sicheres Gefühl und ist in Mitten von coolen Bars und Geschäften. Aber ich möchte auch das sehr zuvorkommende Personal loben. Haben sich sehr bemüht.

Appartamento ampio e attrezzato ( al 5° piano) molto vicino al centro, servito da un ascensore.
Pros:

Colazione discreta, mancavano le uova.

Cons:

Peccato che a colazione una bottiglia d'acqua fresca è stata pagata ( parte) €2,50 ed era compreso da bere solo dell'acqua a temperatutura normale con aggiunta di ghiaccio, nemmeno una bibita o una spremuta.
Il Televisore non siamo riusciti ad accenderlo per tutto il soggiorno

Prima verblijf voor een nacht om Tirana te verkennen.
Pros:

De ligging was fijn midden in het centrum. Grote kamers en alles was in orde en schoon.

Cons:

Erg luidruchtig en geen eigen parkeerplaats.

Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhiges Zimmer im dritten OG. Großzügiges Zimmer mit allem Komfort den man sich wünscht: Klima, Handtücher, Schlappen, bequemes und sauberes Bett, TV u.v.a.m. Im EG befindet sich die dazugehörige Gastronomie die vom Frühstück, Kaffee, Restaurant bis zur Bar mit DJ alles zu bieten hat!

Cons:

Eine Einweisung zum Ablauf des Frühstücks und/oder eine Frühstückskarte mit einer Übersicht der enthaltenen Speisen (Rührei, Omlette etc.) und welche optional gegen Aufpreis dazu bestellt werden können wäre eine Verbesserung.

COLAZIONE E CAMERIERI DA RIVEDERE!

Posizione ECCELLENTE, CENTRALE E DAVVERO VICINA A TUTTE LE PRINCIPALI ATTRAZIONI. Il quartiere e la strada in cui c'è l'hotel sono pieni di vita, di locali, attività e market per tutti i tipi di bufget

Mi spiace scrivere questa recensione ma a parte la reception, che è stata davvero eccellente, accogliente ha ascoltato le nostre richieste e sono stati davvero gentili e affabili, il personale del ristorante al contrario ha gestito malissimo non solo il nostro soggiorno ma anche quello degli altri residenti che si sono di fatto, lamentati. Il cameriere che c'è alla colazione e di una maleducazione assoluta! Risponde male, seccato se chiedi qualcosa, a malapena saluta. la colazione inclusa nel prezzo è misera onestamente meglio chiedere un supplemento se c'è così poca scelta o se comunque gli addetti non ti spiegano nemmeno che puoi chiedere altro ( come la frittata di cui ci siamo accorti solo l'ultimo giorno guardando un'altra persona che l'aveva presa) perché il primo giorno c'è stato detto,sempre dallo stesso cameriere, quella la é per voi, indicando il tavolo con qualche salume, pomodori cetrioli toast e cornetti con alcune crema da spalmare, stop. L'acqua l'abbiamo chiesta e c'è arrivata una brocca con acqua CALDA, A LUGLIO CON 38° FUORI. Capisco la mole di lavoro, la stanchezza quello che volete ma questo atteggiamento probabilmente diretto agli italiani, perche il cameriere ha avuto da ridire anche sull'Italia offendendo, spinge la gente a non tornare.

Disappointing stay.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The location is good and we felt safe. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We did not stay at the hotel. We had booked 2 apartments. They were never described as being away from the hotel. We are travelling as a famiily and our apartments were in seperate buildings on different streets. I was not comfortable with having our children 500m away in a different building. The apartments were not to the level shown in the photos and we were short 1 bed from what we had booked. We were pleased to have only one night here.

Pros:

De locatie is uitstekend, in het centrum van de levendige wijk Blloku, maar geen last van geluid. Wij verbleven in het 4 persoons appartement, dit zit apart van het hotel maar letterlijk aan de overkant. Op de 9e verdieping (met lift) ligt het appartement dat prima voorzieningen heeft. De keuken is een beetje simpel uitgevoerd maar ruimschoots voldoende voor een kort verblijf. Op verzoek / na vraag werd er een nespresso apparaat neergezet. Het personeel is enorm behulpzaam en ontzettend vriendelijk! De bar die bij het restaurant hoort is erg gezellig en ook hier is het personeel top.

Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Cons:

Het ontbijt, dat inclusief was, was vrij simpel en kon wat ons betreft iets uitgebreider. Echter hebben wij niet om iets gevraagd en tot nu toe hebben ze elke keer keihard hun best gedaan als we een verzoek of vraag hadden.
