エントランスに待機しているタクシーがいないため、外出用にタクシーを手配してほしいと頼んだら、自分でウーバーを呼べと言われた(四つ星ホテルって、タクシーを呼んでくれないのですかね?)
Quick, convenient & easy! We had a 14 hour layover; stayed here and used the AA Lounge! Rooms clean, staff friendly & location perfect!! Great idea!

I have stayed yearly at the Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport for the last 8 years. Although I have never had a bad experience, I must say the staff this year is much responsive, accomadating, and very pleasant to work with. Starting from Fransisco the shuttle driver to the cleaning crew. Excellent and clean facilities. Mohamed Yassin, MD
We stayed a week ago and gave a positive review then. Will just add that parking at the hotel is quite easy. Hotel provides directions in advance, garage is directly outside lobby. Ticket is validated at reception upon departure. Also free cookies in lobby!
We stayed one week apart—a Friday and Friday. Price second time was dramatically higher due to World Cup. Nearly double for one night.
Horrible location unless you only want to stay to go to airport. Construction all around. No where to walk to or get food except the hotel and the food is blah. Unfriendly front desk staff.
I attended a two day conference which was held at the Hyatt DFW airport. The hotel excelled in friendly staff ( from check in, to restaurant servers, to housekeeping). The standard room was spacious and provide extra towels ( not requested) and nice room amenities. They have a great fitness center and even outdoor pool. The conference had everything needed and provided excellent buffet breakfast, lunch, snacks and breakout sessions. There was another conference also being held and enough space for everyone to have their own section plus vendor space. Great facility - highly recommend
Good quality, clean room and very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful - asked if I needed anything as my flight had been delayed a day.
When I called for shuttle it rolled to voicemail which was full.
An excellent hotel if flying out or into DFW airport. We were returning from an international trip and had been traveling for over 24 hours. Our plane had been delayed over 2 hours in Detroit therefore we were beyond exhausted. We arrived on DFW around 2 am. We texted the hotel upon collecting our baggage. They responded quickly and sent a driver's name along with estimated time of arrival. The system was great and explained in detail where to go to meet the courtesy van. When we arrived at the hotel, the desk personnel had already checked us in to save us time and get us to our room quickly. They offered us a late check out but we had a connection early in the morning. The room was perfect. I wish we had had time to relax and enjoy it. We went straight to bed and left 7 hours later.
Great hotel especially in a bind when travel plans unexpectedly change- they got through a large crowd of us checking in late (at least 10pm) - there were many delayed/cancelled flights due to weather so there were at least 35 of us in line while checking in and it maybe took 20-25 mins to get through us all- all customer service agents were kind and courteous, beds nice and clean&comfy, airport noise is handled well with design also ;)
